Rain, engrossed in his battle with the doppelganger, noticed Sealyn gracefully handling her own adversary with a barrage of ice spears. The relentless assault kept the creature at a distance, preventing it from making any advances. Glancing around, he saw the other squad members strategically utilizing their summoned shields and spears to fend off their respective doppelgangers.

Rain's initial skepticism about this risky strategy started to wane as he witnessed the effectiveness of Sealyn's plan. The doppelgangers, despite their copied abilities, struggled to match the coordination and experience of the original squad.

When Rain looked at the monster again, he saw the beast summoning some shadows on its arms and legs and hardening them… it was quite annoying to see that happening. Rain hated unoriginal enemies like that.

"I don't have time to waste against a minion," Rain thought.

The Doppelganger charged and then tried to punch Rain, but when their fists collided, Rain was pushed away and rolled on the ground… to think that the enemy would be able to copy even the power of the dark ice… in the next moment, Rain saw the beast falling from the sky and ready to smash his head with a knee attack, but Rain rolled to the side and then got up and avoided the hit.

The Doppelganger followed him with a sidekick, but soon Rain blocked it by raising his right knee. Rain was pushed away once again, but only for a couple of meters. In the next moment, the monster was bombarded in the air by countless punches that it was unable to see… the impacts prevented the creature from being pushed around, and eventually, the creature exploded in a pile of dark ink.
