Chapter 1171 - 1171: Frost Marksman

When Rain managed to recover half of his mana, things started to get dangerous on the battlefield… the monsters began to reach the walls of the cities and trash them with relative ease, and the warriors began to get smashed on the ground left and right.

"Hmm… it can't be helped," Rain said. "I guess I will deal with half of them and then leave the other two to them," Rain thought.

The onlookers were struck with disbelief as they witnessed the surreal scene unfolding before them. The red porcupine beast, originally menacing and imposing, now hung frozen in mid-air, split neatly in half as if time itself had paused to allow for this weird display.

The expressions on the faces of the warriors varied from shock to awe, their eyes wide with surprise and amazement. Some were mid-swing, their weapons poised to strike, now halted in suspended animation as they gawked at the spectacle.

The abrupt stillness in the midst of the chaos created a momentary silence on the battlefield, with the only sound being the crackling frost enveloping the frozen creature.

Before they could recover, Rain had already reached the other battlefield, and he pierced the head of the sand golem as well… but he didn't use any force on his strike. He just pierced the head and let his mana spread around the beast. Before long, the monster was completely taken by ice. The area got so cold that people began to tremble thanks to it.

"I will call this the absolute zero blade," Rain said when he pulled his sword. "I want this skill on the system, overseer."

If the overseer was seeing that or not, it was impossible to tell… what truly happened was the fact that Rain didn't get any response.

"We need to hurry up and deal with the others. We also heard the conditions to get rid of the beasts once and for all," Terra said when she suddenly arrived."

"Right," Rain said. "With my domain, you guys won't have a hard time dealing with them."

Rain could recover enough mana to sustain a domain of five hundred meters with no problems, so it was only a matter of time. Those three headed to the location of the other beasts, and soon Rain confirmed that it would be a long night…
