I'm the Villainess in the Apocalypse -
Chapter 57. Leaving
Chapter 57: 57. Leaving
BANG!
"Kyaaa!"
The two girls screamed and jumped away.
The boys were stunned and also looked down and saw that there was a mark on the ground not far from John’s legs.
John’s face paled immediately.
One more centimeter to the right, it would have pierced through his legs. At that time, he would definitely be a cripple.
They all turned their head and looked at Anna with fear.
"This pistol has 20 bullets inside the magazine," Anna said calmly. "Do you think 20 bullets are enough to deal with you or not?"
The others quickly picked their bags and ran back without looking in Anna’s direction at all.
This time, they didn’t bother to say another words in case Anna directly shot them just like the warning shot just now.
"They’re quite timid," Anna commented.
"That’s because you’re very brave and convincing in scaring them." Dylan smiled and showed the phone screen to Anna. "I record something for your amusement."
Anna arched her eyebrows and looked at the phone screen. When she saw that it was the scene of Jake and the others begging, her eyebrows arched.
"Just keep it for now. It might be useful in the future."
"Sure." Dylan put his phone away.
Joke, why should he show Jake’s face in front of Anna and kept on making her remember him? It’s better to let it stay in his phone for a long period of time until it was needed to show how bad Jake’s face is.
Anna turned around and saw Lucy and Mark were looking in their direction with interest.
"I thought that you want to come out and give them a good beating?" Anna asked Lucy.
"That’s my plan, but when I see your gun, I know that it’s not necessary." Lucy grinned as she pointed at the gun in Anna’s hand.
As Anna’s best friend, Lucy naturally knew Anna’s skills very well. The abilities that Anna had showed over the years in shooting made her envious. But after she entered the high school, she also had the chance to learn.
Though, the last time the two of them had contest during summer break, she was thoroughly defeated.
Thus, Lucy simply gave up.
She was truly not suited to compare with Anna.
When she became much stronger in the future, she would try to challenge her again.
Since Lucy knew Anna’s skill, she knew that there was no way Anna would miss. She stayed near the door in case these people bypassed that metal door they put in the corridor. Even if it was unlikely, but she still stood guard just in case.
After all, Anna is weaker physically.
But as long as she was a distance away from others, there was no way they would be able to match her in the slightest bit.
So Lucy was not worried.
Instead, she was busy listening to Anna’s words.
"Do you think I’m too much?" Anna asked.
"Too much? Nah, they deserved it." Lucy waved her hand. "If it’s not because of this situation, do you think that they will come here and bother you to ask for help? It’s more likely they will come to you because they want to show off."
Show off?
Considering the personalities of these five who really liked attention and be worshipped by others, Anna nodded lightly.
It seemed that it was true.
They will never abandon the chance to show off in front of her and made her feel the difference between them.
Anna sighed. "I see."
"And if they made trouble in the future, I’ll side with you." Lucy patted Anna’s shoulder. "My family is not vegetarian."
Hearing the words vegetarian, Anna was amused. Lucy’s family members were indeed very fierce and looked like gangsters for those who didn’t know. Besides, their position was also very high.
"I hope they’re alright out there," Anna said quietly. "The flood is quite fierce."
"I still send a message to them not long ago, so they should be fine." Lucy tilted her head. "I trust them."
"I see."
"Come on, how about if we start morning training for you?"
"I beg you to be human!"
"Come on~."
Lucy dragged Anna away to the gym while Dylan and Mark were standing near the door.
"Do you really think that the world will return to normal?" Mark suddenly asked.
Normal?
Dylan arched his eyebrows as he recalled the message that his friend sent to him. His eyes narrowed slightly. "That’s impossible."
The news report only gave pieces of news in this area and not outside. But he had called and inquired about the situation in other countries and continent.
It was flooding all over the world.
While he didn’t know how so much water could be stored in the sky, he knew that the world will not be the same anymore.
"It’s really an apocalypse."
