Old Master Daniels sighed.

"Perhaps, they have some grudge with them."

Uncle Darien nodded. That was the most plausible explanation and he moved his attention away to the other things.

"Anyway, Betty is technically not working. What do you want to do with her?" Uncle Darien asked.

"Fine her father," Old Master Daniels said simply.

They were all collecting contribution points by working hard to the bone in the construction site, but their daughter was the one who caused troubles. Since this is what they valued the most, he would use this method to deal with them.

"Anything else?" Uncle Darien gave the order quickly. For this kind of small matters, it didn’t have to be him who told it personally and directing the people under him was more than enough.

Old Master Daniels narrowed his eyes. "Let’s watch how it unfolds first. If Mr. Williams is not punishing his daughter enough, our temporary jail can hold her for a few days. Of course, the food is the cheapest one of them all for her when she stayed there."

Sending Betty for labor force might be quite interesting for Old Master Daniels, but there was not enough proof aside from the oral confession of Ethan. Besides, no crime was done in the end.

So Old Master Daniels couldn’t really sentence her to death.

And death was simply too easy for her.

For a pampered young miss like her, it would be better for her to suffer in the temporary jail if her father didn’t punish her enough.

"I’ll arrange for them to come tomorrow." Uncle Darien nodded.

He sighed silently when he thought about his own father’s method. His father has never been soft hearted towards his enemies. It might be because of his livelong experience, but what happened in the past helped Old Master Daniels to be very ruthless to those who dared to harm him and his family.

What he targeted from them was naturally not their lives, but the punishment that would hurt them the most.

What was most valuable differed from one person to another.

And for Betty, she cared more about her face and beauty. Since it was impossible to punish her so harshly, let just let her suffer starvation in the temporary jail. It was also a very small place that didn’t allow her to move around much.

As for how Betty would cope up in that dark prison?
