I'm the Villainess in the Apocalypse
Chapter 320. Repeated Scheme

Chapter 320: 320. Repeated Scheme

Dylan worked together with Mata for a bit when he went to the base, but Anna was not there at that time, so she didn’t know. It was also during that time he exchanged contact information with Mata.

"I’ll let him come."

"Ok."

Soon, Mata came to the entrance of the market street. When he saw the two of them, his eyes lit up. Their cooperation back then was one of the few biggest income he managed to obtain in the past few months.

For Mata, it was simply the best.

He was able to eat a lot and enjoyed a lot of contribution points as the exchange for helping both sides.

As for Tasha?

Who cares?

He avoided the market street for a period of time and only when Tasha calmed down did he come back and started to help others again. As long as he was able to get some contribution points, it was nothing much for Mata.

"Hello, do you want to repeat the same as before?"

"Just in case." Anna smiled. "Before that, I want to ask something about the market street if you don’t mind."

"I don’t mind at all." Mata patted his chest and smirked. "I know everything about the market street, so ask away."

"Are there any farming tools sold here? Both the manual type and also machinery type," Anna asked.

"Farming tools?" Mata was surprised. "Well, I know a man who made these tools and had been making some, but he wasn’t able to sell much because not many people needed his skills."

"Tell him that we’re willing to buy all of his machinery related farming and other industry," Dylan said.

"Got it." Mata nodded.

"I also want...."

After that, both Dylan and Anna requested for Mata to buy them some materials. They handed 1000 contribution points as the base for Mata to exchange for the supplies. If the price exceeded it, they would reimburse Mata more and if it’s less, they will leave it for him.

Mata nodded and then made his way into the market street. He then handed out a list of store. "Let me mark it first... here you go."

"Ok."

He passed the paper to them. The marks were all the stores where the equipment and materials they wanted was supplied. This market street was getting more and more sophisticated with more people coming to try their luck to sell something. Even if the temperature was really cold, many people didn’t have much choice if they still wanted to live.

Now, if Tasha were to come again, then these stores would become very profitable and might be able to cover up many of their cost.

The price to rent a stall in this street was not that cheap.

But it was mostly affordable.

Anna took the paper and took a look at it before putting it into her pocket. But she actually put it into her space and unfurled it just like before.

This way, she could still read the content of the paper.

The two of them walked around and as they had expected, in less than five minutes, Tasha reappeared.

"Do you really have surveillance on us?" Anna asked the same question as before, her eyes falling to the few guards who were following Tasha from behind. She didn’t recognize any of them, but she guessed that they were people who were tasked to guard Tasha.

It seemed that Tasha’s guards kept on changing.

Or it might be affected by her awakening her ability back then and the people who protected her were also stronger and better than before. After all, everyone who could awaken their ability were important resources.

Even if there were methods to awaken their ability, the rate was low.

Those who managed to do it were very lucky.

And those who died in the process was also many.

"It doesn’t matter, is it?" Tasha asked back in annoyance. She didn’t want to talk with Anna even for a second longer. She looked at Dylan and said, "I’m richer than you anyway and I can buy anything I want."

"I don’t need you to buy me anything. Sister Anna is already here." Dylan looked at Tasha coldly.

"What are you talking about? You might be the young master of Daniels Family, but you’re not going to stay in that position for long if you didn’t listen to me!" Tasha pointed her finger arrogantly to Dylan.

Dylan sneered when he heard that.

The conflicts between the five leaders were already very clear and some people tried to stay away while some others were trying to take advantage of the situation. It was clear that Tasha was the latter because he wanted to make Dylan listen to her.

Anna stepped in front of Dylan and narrowed her eyes. "Chasing after a married man, I don’t know the Davis Family is so shameless."

Contemptuous look fell on Tasha by the bystander.

The market street has always been crowded. Even if they were not here to buy anything, they could still come here just because they wanted to take a look. Perhaps, they would be able to buy something precious with a small amount of money.

This was something they wanted very much.

"You’re the one who stole him first! He’s mine!"

"Yours? Don’t be shameless, Miss Davis. I rarely even see you and never ever want to have any relationship with you," Dylan said coldly. "Everything is nothing more than your wishful thinking."

"You!" Tasha was angry. "You will regret it!"

"Heh."

The two of them sneered and then Dylan pulled Anna away from Tasha to avoid them getting physical.

"Let’s buy things quickly and then leave," Dylan said.

Anna nodded.

"With me here, do you really think that you will be able to buy anything?" Tasha roared in anger. The store owners and the few people who passed by looked at this ’drama’ in front of them and shook their heads internally.

Though, some of them were full of anticipation because they were part of the list that Mata gave them before.
