Though she saw nothing, Qin Shujian’s face flushed red based on her perception and imagination. Quickly, she started walking towards her own car. She opened the door and jumped in as if hiding from a theft she had just committed.

Even so, she couldn’t help but blush even more as she thought about the sounds she had just heard.

As she sat in her car alone playing with her phone, waiting for her assistant, she was startled by a loud door slam from outside. Instinctively, she lifted her head towards the direction of the sound. She saw a woman dressed in a mask and a hat climb out of a white sports car and run towards the elevator.

Despite the woman being heavily disguised, Qin Shujian recognized her from her clothes... She was the supporting actress who had sat next to Cheng An and watched a movie that evening.

As Qin Shujian pondered over this, the sports car door opened again, and a man in a white suit climbed out of the car.

It really was him... As she looked at Cheng An, Qin Shujian didn’t know how she felt, there just seemed to be some unspeakable emotions brewing in her heart.

His originally neat suit was messy, no one knew where his tie had gone, and several buttons of his shirt were undone, revealing a thin platinum necklace around his neck.

That necklace looked familiar, it seemed more like women’s jewelry... she felt like she had seen it before...

Qin Shujian furrowed her brows, staring at the necklace. Before she could remember anything else, Cheng An, who was leaning against the hood of his sports car, took out a cigarette. As he lowered his head to light it, Qin Shujian saw through the gaps in his clothing, a red lipstick mark on his collarbone...
