Only after Han Jingnian steadied himself did Xia Wan’an bend over to pick up her phone. She glanced at the time; it was already eleven o’clock. Supporting him with her small frame, she pointed to the stairs, "The elevator has been fixed now. Should we take the one upstairs or downstairs?"

Han Jingnian didn’t speak and pointed downwards.

Han Jingnian was almost powerless, thus Xia Wan’an had to summon up all her strength to support him all the way to the elevator.

Upon entering the elevator, Xia Wan’an thought that he wanted to go downstairs as he pointed in that direction. With his eyes closed, Han Jingnian gave a slight nod, "Mm."
