Chapter 233: Confirmation

"This is so good."

Heaven sat on the armchair, resting her legs over the other, arms folded under her chest. Her eyes were fixed on Andrea Ng on the long couch. The latter was gobbling up the food she requested from Heaven, eating as if this was her first meal... or maybe her last.

"Right..." Andrea Ng, with a mouth full of food, raised her head to the other person across from her. "That guy also has this strange, dirty beard. Like a thick one that covers half of his face."

"Like this?"

"Make it thicker."

"Alright."

Heaven watched Andrea eat while telling the description of the man. She glanced at the sketch of the man across from her, sighing as she thought the man looked different.

"Like this?" the man doing the sketch raised it in front of the convict.

Andrea chewed, narrowing her eyes as she studied the sketch. "Hmm... something is wrong. He doesn’t look like that. This guy seems like an old man."

"Andrew Song." This time, Heaven broke her silence.

The moment her voice caressed Andrea’s ears, the latter froze. Andrea slowly turned her head to Heaven, only to see Heaven’s stony countenance.

"Do not waste my time," warned Heaven. "If you don’t want to choke on your food, then focus."

Andrea gulped down the food and nodded. "Sorry," she mumbled, setting her focus on the man doing the sketch.

"Give that to me. I’ll do it."

"Huh?"

"I said I’ll do it since you’re doing a poor job." Andrea clicked her tongue in irritation, crooking her fingers so the man could hand over the sketch and pencil. "Come on. The madam has very short patience!"

The man reluctantly looked at the convict before glancing at Heaven. As soon as his eyes landed on Heaven, the latter nodded. So, the man handed the sketch and pen to Andrea Ng.

"Aish." Andrea snapped her tongue in irritation once again, putting on the sketchpad right next to her food. "How can you not get it?"

Andrea flipped the page to draw on the empty one. While eating, she started drawing lines on a person’s face. The man glanced at her, a bit amused at her hidden talent. Meanwhile, Heaven remained silent while watching Andrea eat and draw at the same time. But unlike previously, Andrea was prioritizing the sketch over the food.

Silence descended on the VIP visitation office as they waited for Andrea to finish. Heaven extended her patience, snapping her eyes to the side when someone came in. Bear lowered his head, walking quietly inside before standing near Heaven’s chair.

"There you go!" after minutes of working on the sketch, Andrea tossed the pen over the sketch. She looked at the man across from her, sneering. "That’s how you do it. See the difference?"

The man doing the sketch flinched when Andrea rudely tossed the sketchpad. He slowly gazed down at it, and he had to admit Andrea had a sort of hidden talent. Her sketch was far different from his, although with fewer details since she only did it for around thirty minutes.

"Madam Zhu." The man gazed at Heaven, extending his arm to hand the sketch to her.

Out of instinct, Bear stepped in and received the sketch before giving it to Heaven. Heaven simply sat comfortably, receiving the sketch from Bear.

"This is him?" she inquired, glancing over at the sketchpad to look at Andrea.

"Hmm." Andrea shoved a spoonful in her mouth, nodding. "That’s the closest I can draw him. I’ve made a lot of thinking about when you left that day. Now that I think about it, his beard looked fake. That’s why it looks disgusting. I thought it was because he just doesn’t shower."

"I see..." Heaven rocked her head, setting her eyes on the sketch.

"What do you think, Madam?" asked Bear quietly, glancing at the sketch in Heaven’s hand. "Is he the man you’re talking about?"

Heaven didn’t reply, staring at the sketch intensely. She studied it thoroughly, imagining the man’s actual face.

’It’s not Primo. Even if he disguises himself, the shape of his eyes is different.’A deep exhale slipped past Heaven’s lips, handing the sketch to Bear nonchalantly. She then slowly stood, snatching Andrea’s attention.

"You’re leaving?" asked Andrea in a gibberish tone, as her mouth was full again.

"Yes."

Andrea blinked, chewing her food down in a hurry before she said, "Boss — Madam, about your promise?"

"It seemed you’re finding your life here comfortable now, Miss Ng."

"Hehe. Thanks to you." Andrea hurriedly stood up, brows raised. "Will I get a nice mattress later?"

Heaven breathed out faintly, glancing at Bear. The latter then shifted his attention to Andrea.

"Behave and you will get it," was all Bear said, but Andrea’s eyes were already lit up with excitement.

"Thank you for helping us, sir." Heaven smiled at the other person in the room, walking out with the man. "If you ever see this man come here, please notify me."

"Well, of course, Madam Zhu."

The man walked Heaven out of the visitation room, exchanging pleasantries with Dominic Zhu’s wife. Although it was a surprise Heaven came here, they didn’t question her intentions because she was Dominic’s wife.

Heaven and Bear didn’t idle for too long as they went straight to their vehicle. Her only agenda for today was to get a sketch, but still, Bear was curious. Driving on their way home, Bear glanced at the rear mirror to see Heaven staring out the window.

"Bear," she called just before his question could escape his parted mouth.

"Yes, Madam?"

"Andrea Ng is in danger."

"Huh?" Deep lines appeared between his brows, keeping his eyes on the road. "Is he the man who lives on the 60th floor?"

"No."

"Then what makes you think Andrea Ng is in danger?"

Heaven kept her eyes out of the window, eyes glinting sharply. "I’ve seen him." She blinked ever so tenderly, recalling where she had seen that man’s face.

That man was present yesterday, getting out of Primo’s car from the front passenger seat.

"That man is that man’s assistant," she whispered. "Unfortunately, it wasn’t a coincidence. Primo is really after my husband, and it’s clear today that he is someone I need to cut straight to the bone."
