I Took A Succubus's First Time
Chapter 252 - 252: Fix The Body

Yui's eyes swept across the group, her gaze calm but filled with amusement—like a cat observing cornered mice.

That smile on her lips wasn't just friendly or polite. It was the kind of grin that made your gut twist with unease, the kind that said "I know something you don't."

They didn't know what it was. None of them had a clue what kind of scheme was brewing behind those glittering eyes.

Whatever plan she had come up with… it remained an enigma to all of them.

To begin with, they didn't even understand why she was here in the first place.

And even more baffling—what the hell was she trying to accomplish?

"I'm guessing you all think I've shown up to pick a fight," she said, her voice laced with sugary sweetness that somehow sounded threatening. "But nope~ That's not it. I actually came here to tell you something."

"Tell us what?" Nagisa asked, her tone cautious, suspicion heavy in her voice.

"Fufufufu~ Aren't you just adorably impatient?" she teased with a wicked little smirk. "Relax~ There's no need to be so tense. No one's swinging swords… yet."

"You're the one responsible for corrupting those people back then, aren't you?" Yuuna's voice cut through like a blade. It was sharp, direct, and accusing.

Yui placed a finger to her lips, tilting her head playfully. "Hmm… I guess you could say that? But honestly, I was just having a little fun. I wasn't really being serious about it. I mean, what I did wasn't anything a bored person wouldn't do, right? Surely you understand—when someone gets bored enough, they do all kinds of things. I just happened to… corrupt some humans. That's totally plausible, isn't it? I mean, I did it, so someone else must've done it too, right?"

"We don't trust you."

"Ooh, is that so?" Yui replied with an amused little hum. "But Okumura-senpai certainly does. I mean, he's the one who asked me to come here in the first place."

The second she said that, a wave of crushing bloodlust burst out around her, exploding from every direction like a tsunami of killing intent.

It hit like a tidal wave. It was thick, suffocating, and certainly oppressive.

The air felt heavier and darker. The atmosphere twisted, the tension so sharp it could slice through bone.

But Yui? She just giggled, completely unfazed.

"Whoa there~ Easy now, all of you!" she laughed, twirling a finger in the air. "With this much bloodlust flying around, I might just keel over from sensory overload, y'know?"

Her carefree, almost bubbly tone only made things worse. Every word that came out of her mouth felt like nails on a chalkboard.

"I know you're all feeling hopeless right now, drowning in grief… but what Hina-senpai said earlier?" Her tone softened—just a little. "It's actually true."

And just like that… the bloodlust vanished.

It didn't even fade slowly—it was gone, evaporated in an instant like a bad dream after waking up.

"…What do you mean?" Hina's voice broke the silence, small and brittle.

For the first time, Hina turned to face her, her gaze landing on her as if she'd just noticed she was there.

"What I mean, Hina-senpai, is exactly what I said," Yui replied, her expression unusually composed. "Okumura-senpai is still alive. Right now, at this very moment, he's still breathing. But... in three days, he'll be completely gone."

Hina's breath hitched. She didn't speak. She just slowly pushed herself to her feet, unsteady like a newborn fawn.

Her knees trembled violently with every step. Her legs barely obeyed her.

It wasn't hard to see why—she hadn't slept in days and hadn't eaten a single thing. Her body was fraying, close to breaking.

Still, driven by something deeper than strength, she stumbled forward—towards Yui.

Yui stood there, watching in silence, eyes narrowed slightly as she observed her.

Hina didn't look anything like the strong, indifferent girl they all knew. She looked like a shell—hollowed out by despair.

When she finally reached her, her trembling hands reached up and grabbed the sleeves of Yui's clothes, gripping them tightly.

"K-Kouhei…" she whispered, her lips pale, her voice barely audible. "Is Kouhei really alive?"

"That's right," Yui answered, gently brushing a strand of Hina's hair out of her face. "And that's the reason I'm here. Okumura-senpai asked me to deliver the message. He wanted all of you to know that he's alive."

"Kuh…" A sharp sound broke the moment. Nagisa clicked her tongue with such force that the sound cracked like a whip in the air. "Haven't you had enough with this fucked-up game?! Why are you still feeding us this cruel fantasy?! Kou-kun's body is right there! His skin is cold! He's already dead! Just what more do you want from us?! We're done suffering! So if you came here just to rub salt in the wound—then get the hell out!"

Yui didn't even blink.

"Wow~ Nagisa-senpai, you've already given up on him, huh?" she said in a voice so sweet it was practically venom. "Is your love for Okumura-senpai really that shallow? Just surface-level fluff? That's kinda disappointing, senpai~!"

"You little—what the hell did you just say?!"

Nagisa looked ready to snap—rage seething from her in hot waves. Her fists clenched, her jaw tight.

But Yuuna stepped in, her hand catching Nagisa's wrist before she could do anything rash.

"Stop it, Nagisa. She's baiting you," Yuuna said, her voice steady. "That's what she wants."

"Fufufu~ Me? Baiting? Never~" Yui replied in mock innocence. "I'm just confirming something. Making sure you all really care about Okumura-senpai. But judging by your reactions, I dunno... it seems like you've all already decided he's dead. That's pretty sad."

Her words dripped with condescension. She looked at them like they were children failing a test.

Yuuna narrowed her eyes. "How do you even know Kouhei-kun is still alive? Do you have proof, Himeno-san?"

Hina turned her gaze to Yui as well, desperate hope flickering in her dull eyes. She needed to know—needed something, anything, to believe in.

"Well… the living proof is me," she said softly, yet with an air of undeniable certainty. Her voice didn't waver. It was calm and confident, like someone holding the truth in the palm of her hand. "I managed to reach Okumura-senpai's body just in time… right before the line between life and death was completely severed."

She took a step forward, the light catching her eyes just enough to make them shimmer faintly, almost unnaturally. "Right as his soul was on the verge of slipping away, I pulled it out, separated it before death could completely claim him. His body was collapsing, decaying from the inside out, but I managed to extract his soul and hide it away… deep inside his subconscious."

She continued, "But I can't keep him there forever. He's got three days… just three. After that, it's over. His body will crumble and vanish like dust in the wind. Or worse… an angel might descend from the heavens and take him away for good."

She exhaled, her shoulders rising and falling like the weight of time itself rested on them. "That's why I have to return his soul to his body… before that moment comes. I have to."

The air grew heavier as she paused.

"But I can't," she said bitterly. "Because… his body is far too damaged. Torn beyond recognition. There's no way to place his soul back into it—not without consequence."

Her gaze sharpened, cutting through the silence like a blade.

"If I were to put him back now, right this second, the damage would be fatal. His soul would crush under the weight of that broken body… it would shatter and obliterated in an instant."

Silence followed.

"At this point, there's nothing you can do to help that ruined body of his... at least, not as it is now."

The breath caught in Hina's throat. Yuuna clenched her fists. Yui let it hang there, making sure they understood the gravity of what she was saying.

"But—there is one option. One last thread to pull before everything is lost."

Everyone's eyes locked on her. Time seemed to stop.

"And that," she said slowly, drawing out every syllable, "is to fix his body… before it's too late."

"Fix his... body?" Hina whispered, her voice trembling as though she was afraid even to hope.

"How… do we do that?" Yuuna asked, her voice still raw but carrying a flicker of life, like a tiny spark of belief igniting inside her again.

Yui tilted her head, eyes gleaming like someone about to share a wicked secret.

"It's actually... pretty easy," she said with a slow grin curling on her lips.

And then… something shifted.

A flicker of crimson glinted in her irises. A demonic shimmer—brief, but enough to make everyone instinctively tense. Her smile didn't fade, in fact, it widened just a bit more than was natural.

"All you have to do is…" she leaned in slightly, voice dropping into something softer, almost intimate, like a whisper that could slip under skin, "…change his body."

"From a mortal shell… to something immortal. Or at the very least, semi-immortal."

Her words rolled out like a seductive promise dipped in madness.

"A body of a demon. An angel. Or even a fallen angel. Any of those three will do just fine. Once you remake his vessel into one of those forms… Okumura-senpai's soul can return to it."

Her smile twisted at the edge.

"But," she added with a casual flick of her fingers, "you should know… that body will no longer be human."
