"WHAT ARE YOU TAL—" Verena choked on her words. Too stunned. Too flustered. But no. She couldn’t fold. Not yet.

Verena hesitated, her heart thudding wildly, but she made it look like she was really going for it. Was she really about to do this? Her lips were dangerously close, her tongue even sticking out.

Then she stopped.

That was the point. She wasn’t supposed to give in. If she did, it’d mean Sera had won, and Verena couldn’t let that happen. Sera might look confident, but Verena was sure the girl would lose all respect for her if she gave in now.

"Pffft... Did you really think I’d lick your feet like some damn dog?" Verena scoffed. "You forget who you’re dealing with," She stood up, then grabbed Sera’s legs, pulling her upright with ease.

"What the hell are you going to do with me?!" Sera yelped, her feet flying off the ground.

Without missing a beat, Verena scooped the girl up, wrapping Sera’s legs around her waist as their faces hovered just inches apart.

It was a bridal carry.

Sera, afraid of falling, instinctively wrapped her arms around Verena’s neck, then immediately realized her mistake. Her eyes went wide, but thankfully, Verena didn’t seem to notice.

"Aww, look at you," Verena smirked, praising herself inside for her quick thinking. "Such a compromising position we’re in, huh?"

But as she tried to steady Sera by gripping her thighs, her finger accidentally brushed against the fabric in a way that made her pause.

"Ah!" Sera gasped.

"I’m getting back at you, you bitch!" Sera bit down on Verena’s neck again.

"W-AGH! STOP BITING ME!"

Verena grabbed the girl by the nape, pulling her back with all her strength until she managed to separate them. Blood trickled down her skin. This wasn’t the first time a heroine tried to claim her like this.

It was exhausting and annoying, especially since it triggered unwanted physical sensations beyond her control. Even though Verena was asexual, it didn’t mean her body was immune to certain reactions. And she absolutely hated that feeling, being out of control.

Only then will anyone take you seriously."

"I..." Sera was at a loss for words.

For once, Verena was right. Every time she begged, it just felt pathetic. But what else could she do? Whenever she asked for what she needed, it was like no one cared.

It wasn’t until she screamed and fought back that she got any reaction at all.
