When Mrs. Wu opened the door and saw him, her face lit up with surprise, “Sir, you’ve come. The young lady is still sleeping.”

Huo Yanzhao’s expression softened, “I’ll go up and check on her.”

“You’re awake.” His voice was hoarse and self-mocking.

“How did you get in?” she sat up, her expression slightly cold, “I remember I changed the lock.”

Huo Yanzhao gave a bitter smile, “Of course, Mrs. Wu let me in.”

Yun Xuefei paused, “The door of the room wasn’t locked?”

“That’s right.” Huo Yanzhao smiled, involuntarily pinched her earlobe, “See, you forgot again.”

Yun Xuefei seemed to have been burnt and instinctively dodged his fingers.
