Maehara Maki: He used to transfer schools a lot before he entered high school. Doesn't know how to make friends, but hits it off with Umi since she has similar hobby with him.
Seki Nozomu: Maki's classmate. A pitcher for the baseball club.
Amami Yuu: The cutest girl in class. Umi's best friend since grade school.
Asanagi Umi: Has excellent grades and very friendly. The boys called her ‘The second cutest girl in class.'

Nozomu: "Maki, you're one hell of a dude, aren't you?"
Maki: "R-Really?"
Yuu: "Maki-kun's pancake~"Umi: "Hehe, we have to finish studying first before that~"
