Chapter 804: Chapter 801 Extinction Plan 6
"What kind of people are in Xu Hui’s family?" Chen Chaoyang asked.
"Oh, Xu Hui’s wife and his four children, two boys and two girls, the oldest is three years old, and the youngest is just seven months old."
"How old is his wife?"
"His wife should be twenty-three this year."
"Twenty-three years old, and Xu Hui’s oldest child is only three years old, how wonderful, wonderful!"
Chen Chaoyang began to chuckle softly, his laughter hoarse and permeating an indescribable darkness that made Little Wu and the soldiers exchange looks, unable to understand why Chen Chaoyang was so concerned about Xu Hui’s wife and children.
Could he have some particular fondness?
However, it was not their place to manage such matters, they could only wait for orders.
"Should... should we send Xu Hui’s relatives to the rescue station? After all, the man is already dead, and Xu Hui’s family really can’t cause any trouble."
"No need to discuss further, take me to meet Xu Hui’s family."
Chen Chaoyang stated indifferently, cutting off the soldier’s words, and the soldiers no longer spoke but just nodded, "Alright."
Having said that, the soldiers lined up and walked toward Xu Hui’s residence. Upon arrival, dozens of soldiers were stationed outside Xu Hui’s home, armed and vigilant.
Even before they approached, they could faintly hear the sounds of women and children from inside the house, and several soldiers who had been running from a distance quickened their pace, reaching the guarding soldiers and whispered something quietly, immediately making way for Chen Chaoyang when they saw him.
As the door opened, without saying a word, he just walked in. The soldiers outside were curious but dared not peek.
As soon as Chen Chaoyang entered, his eerie appearance drew attention from those inside. A woman was wailing, holding a child, while four intricately dressed children, as if living before the Apocalypse, had red eyes and were sobbing uncontrollably, clinging to their young mother.
Upon seeing Chen Chaoyang enter, the young mother quickly stopped crying, herded her four children behind her, and protected them, her gaze icy, staring fixatedly at Chen Chaoyang.
"Are you from the Peace Party?"
Chen Chaoyang nodded silently, taking in everything around him. Xu Hui’s family couldn’t be called luxurious, but the room’s arrangement was extremely meticulous, exuding a sense of elegance. However, for some reason, this elegance made it seem as though its master was trying to feign sophistication, displaying a desire of a petty person who had become important and wanted to quickly blend in.
Seeing him nod, the woman’s expression turned even colder, she snapped, "Xu Hui is already dead, what more do you want from us? We have nothing!"
Chen Chaoyang walked around, glanced at her, and then his gaze moved to the children, a smile playing about his lips beneath the mask.
"What’s that look? Hate? And your children?"
In Chen Chaoyang’s gaze, the children seemed to understand that their father had died because of an organization called the Peace Party. After hearing their mother say the three words "Peace Party," the oldest boy immediately stopped crying, or rather, he had been crying soundlessly from the start. Upon seeing Chen Chaoyang from the Peace Party, his expression became impassive.
In his eyes looking at Chen Chaoyang, there was a deep-seated hatred!
"You..." The woman gasped, quickly looked at her children, noticing her eldest son’s expression, she quickly held him in her arms, gently stroking his head.
"It’s okay, it’s okay, go play in the room for a while, mommy has something to do!"
She soothed the child, then turned to Chen Chaoyang, her tone icy, "What do you want?"
However, Chen Chaoyang ignored her and instead watched her son walk toward the room; the next second, a foot suddenly stretched out, blocking the eldest son’s path.
Thump!
A sudden extension of legs from behind Chen Chaoyang startled the woman, causing her to collapse onto the ground, pointing at Chen Chaoyang, unable to speak for a long while.
"You... you... you are..."
"Hmph, Madam, please see the reality, you are now nothing but prisoners! Xu Hui dared to resist the Peace Party, he deserved to die!"
"What do you want to do? There doesn’t seem to be anything valuable here."
"I am not here for those things, rather..." Chen Chaoyang paused for a moment, his voice turning cold, "I am here for your lives!"
"Why?" The woman paled, her heart pounding uncontrollably.
"I see the seeds of hatred here. Your son is just like I was. Moving forward, your son might cause great trouble for the Peace Party. If the roots are not eradicated, the weeds will grow back with the spring breeze, and I certainly don’t hope to see a second ’me’ in this world."
"You..."
"So, please, Madam, you and your son, along with Xu Hui, should depart this life," Chen Chaoyang burst out laughing.
The woman, still stepping back continuously, looked helplessly out the window. Despite knowing that the soldiers outside were from the Peace Party, she couldn’t help but scream, "Help! Help! Someone is going to kill us!"
However, the soldiers outside just trembled slightly, and then... there was nothing more.
Chen Chaoyang didn’t give the woman a chance to keep shouting. He extended his legs one after the other, his sharp toes targeting Xu Hui’s wife and child.
"Don’t... Ah!"
Screams echoed inside the room, accompanied by a child’s crying. Chen Chaoyang walked out, pushing the door open. The soldiers outside seemed to have guessed what had happened, seeing the blood-covered Chen Chaoyang, they didn’t say a word.
"Alright, let’s go."
Having killed Xu Hui’s family, Chen Chaoyang showed no sign of pressure on his face. With a light command, he led the soldiers away, while the soldiers walked with somewhat rigid movements, looking at Chen Chaoyang with unusual expressions in their eyes.
"Has this man... become somewhat too brutal?"
The soldiers remained silent, solemnly following behind Chen Chaoyang. They were well aware of their position in a world before the Apocalypse; their words to those above were nothing more than the pleas of ants struggling to survive in the crevices.
Not long after they left, Little Wu also arrived at Xu Hui’s home with a few soldiers. He was curious about why Chen Chaoyang was looking for Xu Hui’s wife and child, always having a bad premonition in his heart.
"Wait here; I’m going to check inside."
"Yes!"
After instructing the soldiers, Little Wu entered Xu Hui’s house alone, but strangely, it was eerily quiet inside.

The door was pushed open, the lock broken from the outside, now as if it were mere decoration. Little Wu entered, passed by the tea cabinet, and softly called out, "Is anyone here?"
His voice echoed in the empty room, with no response. When he reached the living room, his pupils suddenly constricted, the sight in front of him was utterly gruesome!
