Hey everyone,

I have to post this message with a very heavy heart because I’ve made a huge mistake, and I am incredibly sorry for it.

I somehow managed to upload a completely wrong set of Chapters. Everything from Chapter 292 all the way to Chapter 313 is incorrect and has nothing to do with our main storyline. I can only imagine how confusing this must have been for all of you, and I am truly ashamed of this error.

So, this is what I need you all to do:

Please, please SKIP all Chapters from 292 to 313.

The story picks back up correctly at Chapter 314. Please jump straight to Chapter 314.

The sky itself seemed to tremble.

As Adam and Cain clashed, the very fabric of reality warped around them, their blows creating shockwaves that shattered the air. The battlefield became a *lmaelstrom of destruction, each strike sending ripples of energy across the ruined landscape.

Adam’s golden aura burned brightly, his fists charged with enough power to obliterate mountains. Yet, despite his relentless attacks, Cain matched him effortlessly, his smirk never fading.

"Not bad," Cain mused, blocking a powerful blow with a single hand. "But still not enough."

In an instant, he countered.

His knee slammed into Adam’s ribs, sending him flying backward. But before Adam could recover, Cain teleported behind him, delivering a devastating punch to his spine.

CRACK!

Adam crashed into the ground, creating a massive crater. Dust and debris filled the air as he struggled to rise, his body aching from the overwhelming force.

Sona and Phantom, recovering from their earlier attack, saw Adam fall.

"We have to help him!" Sona shouted, her wings glowing with golden energy.

Phantom nodded. "He’s strong, but Cain is playing with him. We need to shift the battle in our favor."

Without hesitation, the two launched into action.

Sona summoned a celestial storm, hurling bolts of pure light toward Cain. At the same time, Phantom merged into the shadows, reappearing behind him with a blade of condensed void energy.

Cain barely acknowledged them.

With a mere gesture, he stopped Sona’s attack mid-air, the bolts of light dispersing into nothingness.

Phantom’s blade—aimed straight for Cain’s neck—shattered on impact.

Cain finally turned his attention toward them, his expression amused yet cold.

"Foolish."

With a wave of his hand, an invisible force sent both of them crashing to the ground, their bodies convulsing from the sheer pressure.

Adam gritted his teeth, fury burning inside him.

His friends were suffering.

Cain was toying with them all.

A memory flashed in his mind—Ani’s smile, her warmth, her belief in him.

He couldn’t afford to lose.

He slammed his fists into the ground, his aura erupting like a supernova. The sheer force of his power cracked the battlefield apart, sending massive boulders flying into the sky.

Cain’s eyes narrowed slightly.

"Finally."

With a flicker of movement, Adam vanished.

Before Cain could react, a golden fist collided with his face.

BOOM!

For the first time—Cain was pushed back.

The underground laboratory of the Union Base hummed with energy as Adam stood before the massive Aqua Core, a mystical orb pulsating with deep blue light.

The energy radiating from it was unlike anything he had ever encountered. It carried the very essence of the ocean—its mystery, its depth, and its untamed fury.

His hands hovered over the core, fingers trembling slightly as the power surged into him. It was time to create something new, something powerful—an army that would rule the seas.

"With this, I will create a new species," Adam murmured, his voice steady but filled with anticipation.

As the Aqua Core’s energy merged with his own, an intricate pattern of runes formed in the air, glowing in an ethereal blue light. The symbols pulsed, connecting with his thoughts. He envisioned a race of oceanic warriors—creatures that embodied the strength of the tides and the agility of the swiftest currents.

The water around him swirled, forming tiny figures, their shapes becoming clearer with each second. Their delicate forms shimmered as they solidified, their tiny bodies resembling a mix between mermaids and humans, but no larger than a human’s hand. They had translucent, iridescent tails that shifted in color depending on the light, glistening scales covering their bodies, and sharp, intelligent eyes that gleamed like pearls from the depths.

The first of the new species opened its glowing blue eyes, gazing up at its creator with reverence.

"Master," it spoke telepathically, its voice like the soothing sound of ocean waves.

Adam smiled. He had done it.

"I name you Aqueon—the first of the Ocean Guardians."

A ripple of excitement passed through the newborns as more of their kind emerged, their numbers growing exponentially.

Adam knelt down, letting his fingers brush against the swirling miniature ocean warriors. They were different from his previous creations, far more attuned to the element of water.

He extended his hand, and a sphere of water floated above his palm, shimmering with energy. The Aqueons reacted instantly.

One of them extended its hands toward the sphere, and the water trembled before taking shape into an intricate trident. Another waved its hand, causing water chains to form and wrap around Adam’s arm—soft, yet unbreakable.

"Interesting..." Adam mused.

Their abilities were unique.

They could manipulate water into weapons.

They could condense water into nearly indestructible armor.

They could generate high-speed whirlpools that could tear through solid structures.

They could merge into one another, forming larger, more powerful warriors.

Adam nodded in approval. This new species had immense potential.

But they needed a purpose.

He turned to them and said, "Your duty is to guard the oceans, protect our allies, and eliminate those who seek to use the seas for destruction."

The Aqueons bowed their heads in unison, their eyes burning with loyalty.

Before Adam could test them further, a sudden shift in the atmosphere made him turn sharply.

A surge of dark energy exploded just beyond the base, and he knew exactly who it belonged to.

Chain.

The entity who had been tracking him for weeks had finally made his move.

"He’s here," Adam muttered under his breath.

He glanced at the Aqueons, their tiny forms hovering expectantly. This would be their first battle.

"Follow me," Adam commanded, his voice carrying authority. The Aqueons responded immediately, forming a swirling vortex of water as they followed him out of the base.

The battlefield was set on the coastline, where the ocean met the land in an eternal dance of waves and sand. And standing in the middle of it all was Chain, his form wrapped in dark, twisting chains that seemed to breathe like living creatures.

"You’ve been playing god again," Chain sneered, his red eyes gleaming with amusement. "Creating new species? You never stop, do you?"

Adam ignored his words. "Leave now, Chain. This battle will only end in your defeat."

Chain chuckled darkly. "Let’s see about that."

With a flick of his wrist, his chains lashed out like whips, slicing through the air toward Adam.

Before the chains could reach Adam, the Aqueons moved in perfect synchronization.

Some formed a translucent barrier of water, absorbing the impact.

Others morphed into liquid blades, cutting through the chains mid-air.

A few combined their strength, creating a tidal wave that crashed down upon Chain, forcing him to retreat a few steps.

Chain’s eyes widened slightly. "So, this is your new toy?" he mused, shaking off the water.

The Aqueons didn’t stop. They rushed toward him in waves, some binding his movements with water tendrils, others attacking with blades of condensed water.

For the first time, Chain looked uneasy.

"You’re more troublesome than I expected," he growled. His chains retracted, wrapping protectively around him.

Adam smirked. "You underestimate the power of creation, Chain."

But he wasn’t done yet.

Extending his hand, he activated a special ability—the Aqua Seal.

The Aqueons glowed brighter, their energy surging as they focused their power into one final attack.

A massive water dragon formed behind them, its eyes glowing like sapphires. It roared, its very presence shaking the ground.

"GO!" Adam commanded.

With a deafening crash, the water dragon lunged at Chain, engulfing him completely in its swirling abyss.

Chain screamed as the ocean’s wrath overwhelmed him, dragging him toward the sea. His form flickered, his power struggling against the tidal onslaught.

Then, with a final burst of energy—he was gone.

Silence fell over the battlefield. The ocean calmed, the waves retreating as if satisfied with their victory.

Adam took a deep breath, feeling the energy of the Aqueons still surrounding him.

"You fought well," he told them.

The tiny ocean warriors bowed, their eyes gleaming with pride.

As Adam turned back toward the base, he knew this was just the beginning.

The Aqueons would grow stronger.

The threats against the Union would continue.

But now, with the ocean on his side, Adam was one step closer to shaping the future he envisioned.

With his new creation, he had not just gained an army—he had forged the guardians of the seas.

The ocean waves gently lapped against the shore, shimmering under the silver glow of the moon.

The battlefield that had once been filled with the violent clash of power now lay silent, the echoes of Chain’s defeat still lingering in the air.

Adam stood tall, surveying the coastline where the last traces of Chain’s presence had vanished beneath the crushing force of the Aqua Seal.

Around him, his newly created Aqueons hovered in the air, their tiny forms still pulsating with the power they had unleashed. They had proven their worth, demonstrating their ability to manipulate water in ways that even Adam had not expected.

Yet, the battle had not been without consequence. Some of the Aqueons had expended too much energy, their bodies flickering with exhaustion as they wavered in the air. Adam extended his hand, allowing his life essence to flow into them, rejuvenating their depleted strength.

"You did well," he murmured, watching as they regained their energy, their translucent tails shimmering once more. "Rest now. Your time will come again."

The Aqueons bowed their heads in acknowledgment before retreating into the nearby waters, their figures disappearing into the deep, waiting for their master’s next command.

As Adam turned, his gaze shifted to Ani, who stood a few feet away, watching him intently. The reflection of the moon on the water illuminated her face, her expression a mixture of awe and concern.

"That was..." she trailed off, struggling to find the right words. "I’ve never seen anything like that before. You just created an entire species—and they were strong enough to hold their own against Chain."

Adam sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "They were strong, but not strong enough. Chain was caught off guard, but next time... he won’t make the same mistake."

Ani folded her arms, nodding thoughtfully. "So, what now? Are you planning to create even more of them?"

Adam exhaled deeply, gazing out at the vast ocean. "Not yet. I need to understand their full potential first. If I create too many without knowing their limits, they could become unstable."

Ani frowned. "Unstable how?"

Adam turned to face her, his expression serious. "They’re linked to the ocean. If their power isn’t controlled, they could accidentally cause massive tidal waves, floods... even summon storms without meaning to."

A shiver ran down Ani’s spine at the thought. She had witnessed their overwhelming power, and if even Adam was cautious, then the potential consequences must be dire.

"We’ll have to train them carefully," Adam continued. "And for that, I need a place where they can grow without causing damage."

A thought suddenly struck Adam. He turned to the Aqueons that still remained near the shore, their tiny eyes gleaming with curiosity.

"Is there a place deep within the ocean where you can train in peace?" he asked.

One of the Aqueons, a slightly larger one named Neria, swam forward. "Yes, Master. There exists an ancient underwater cavern—forgotten even by the ocean itself. It is a place of silence and depth, where no surface-dweller can reach."

Adam’s interest piqued. "How far is it from here?"

"A day’s journey by sea," Neria responded. "But with our power, we can reach it in mere hours."

Adam considered this carefully. Training the Aqueons away from human civilization would ensure that their abilities didn’t accidentally harm innocent lives. It was the perfect solution.

"Then that’s where you’ll train," Adam decided. "Lead the others there. Strengthen your powers. And when the time comes... I’ll call upon you."

The Aqueons nodded in unison, their loyalty unwavering. With a final bow, they dove beneath the waves, their luminous bodies disappearing into the depths as they swam toward their new home.

Ani watched them go, then turned back to Adam. "You really are something else, you know that?"

Adam chuckled. "I’ll take that as a compliment."

She smirked. "It was one."

Just as Adam was about to relax, a sudden shift in the air sent a chill down his spine. The tranquil waters of the ocean darkened slightly, and a strange energy pulsed from beneath the surface.

Adam’s instincts flared—something was coming.

Ani sensed it too. "Did you feel that?" she asked, stepping closer to him.

Adam’s eyes narrowed. "Yes. And I don’t like it."

Before either of them could react, a single wave rose unnaturally high, crashing onto the shore with a force that sent a booming echo through the night. As the water receded, something remained standing in its place.

A figure cloaked in darkness, its silhouette barely visible beneath the shifting mist.

Ani tensed. "Adam... what is that?"

Adam’s gaze remained locked on the shadowy figure. "I don’t know."

Then, the figure stepped forward, and a voice—cold and unwavering—broke through the silence:

"You should not have created them, Adam."

The moment those words were spoken, the air grew heavy, thick with an ominous presence. Adam could feel the immense power radiating from the figure—it was unlike anything he had faced before.

His body instinctively prepared for battle, his muscles tensing. "And who exactly are you?" he demanded.

The figure took another step forward, and for the first time, its features became visible.

It was a woman, but her body was partially submerged in a swirling mass of black water, her hair flowing like liquid ink, and her eyes glowing a deep abyssal blue.

"I am Xyra, Guardian of the Abyss."

Adam and Ani exchanged a tense glance. They had faced powerful enemies before, but something about Xyra’s presence felt... ancient.

Ani whispered, "She’s not just strong. She feels... different."

Adam nodded. "Because she’s not just strong. She’s something beyond our understanding."

Xyra’s voice cut through the tension. "You have upset the balance of the ocean, Adam. And for that... there will be consequences."

The waves began to tremble, the very ocean responding to her emotions.

Adam clenched his fists. He had created the Aqueons to protect the ocean, not to disturb it. But now, it seemed his actions had awakened something older and far more dangerous.

His battle with Chain had been just the beginning.

Now, he faced a force as ancient as the sea itself.
