Everyone turned their heads simultaneously at the sound of the door opening.

Robert quickly covered his mouth, his gaze shifting to the yogurt on her table.

"Oh, I’ve been wanting to try this. You have so much food anyway,why don’t you give it to me? Thanks, Sister-in-law."

He spoke very fast, as if afraid of being slapped again, grabbed the yogurt and quickly returned to his seat.

Two seconds later, the straw was already in his mouth.

She sat down and set the food that Evelyn Thompson had given her to the side. She wasn’t hungry yet and didn’t want to eat.
