Theodore quickly got up and approached with a cheeky smile, "I told you, didn’t I? I know kung fu too. Robert, whatever you’re about to do, I can help you."

Just as Robert was about to tell him to go to Alexander Foster, he saw people from the control room run out and raise their guns at them upon seeing them.

Robert was faster. With a swift kick, he knocked one person down, snatched their gun, and pulled Chloe Collins to the side. They took cover behind a few large cargo containers, aiming at the other side, one shot per person.

These Mutated People had better strength than them but, unfortunately, had not undergone formal training. Their movements were unstandardized, and their gun-handling was poor.

Robert settled one with a single shot, aiming for the legs, not taking their lives.

He looked behind and saw many Mutated People already heading their way; there was no chance to send Theodore Collins out now. He reluctantly handed a gun to Theodore, "Can you use this?"

Theodore nodded, "Yes! We have lots of toy guns at home, and my sister taught me before!"

Robert said, "On behalf of your sister Chloe Collins, I trust you. Come on, hide here soon. Just take care of yourself."

Theodore retorted, "I trust you too, only because your brother is Alexander Foster."

"Quit the witty remarks and stick close to me later."

"I got it."

The youthful voice was full of certainty.

Robert Foster timed it right and threw a nearby box into the air.

At that moment, all the Mutated People’s attention was drawn to the box.

By the time they realized and aimed their guns at Robert, it was too late.
