More than twenty experimental subjects gathered at the doorway. In the middle stood a man wearing a red and black mask, laughing arrogantly, "You made us less than human and less than ghosts. Today we seek vengeance! You will no longer be able to conduct your wicked research!"

"You’re spouting pure nonsense!"

Now, Chloe Collins understood. The Alliance had not given up; after their previous attempts to report her laboratory failed, they had resorted to disturbing her wedding.

She clenched her fist, her sharp gaze sweeping over the crowd.

The next second, dozens of Secret Guards surrounded the premises, led by Heijii.

"Boss, I’m here!" He stood on the roof, grinning down at her in the courtyard.

"A group of mere mortals!" The Masked Man sneered, and with a wave of his hand, next moment-

His surrounding experiment subjects sprang into action!

Some were suddenly flying, some were uprooting trees with one hand, some were like toads covered in strange spots, squatting and continually puffing their cheeks, spitting out strange, green liquid. Some were even transforming their bodies at will... Assembled together, the scene formed by more than twenty experiment subjects was absolutely bizarre!

Their finest warriors, no matter how fierce, were mere mortals. They quickly fell short in the face of these ’monsters’ with superpowers.

In just a few minutes, dozens of warriors were knocked to the ground.

An experiment subject, holding a large stone, violently threw it towards Heijii.

Chloe leapt up and flew towards the massive stone with a powerful kick!

With a loud thud, the giant stone shattered into pieces, littering down in fragments.

The Masked Man’s smile stiffened as he watched her, surprised. He quickly ordered, "Take her alive! Capture and bring her back!"

In an instant, all experiment subjects swarmed towards Chloe.

Confident in her years of combat experience, she was surprisingly at ease. Her speed and reaction times multiplied, and her strength also seemed to have increased considerably.

An experiment subject appeared suddenly in front of her, spraying a strange green liquid from its mouth.

Instinctively extending her hand to block it, Chloe’s first thought was to stop the liquid from splashing onto her!

Then, a strange thing happened - the liquid suspended in mid-air under her control, after which she flicked it back through the air!

The experiment subject’s face was filled with disbelief as its own liquid splashed its face, producing smoke and triggering a noisy reaction as it slipped away.

Chloe looked at her hand in surprise, realizing that she seemed to have gained the power to control objects.

The energy that had been rampaging through her body in the morning seemed to be slowly integrating into her blood and bones, becoming a part of her.

She tried it out, raising her hand towards those running at her. Just a clench of her fingers and people instantly formed a bunch.

She was meters away from those men, yet she was able to control them. Her palm seemed to have an invisible force that she could release at any time to control any object!

The Masked Man was thrilled and shouted, "Catch her! She must be captured! I have to study her!!"

Chloe sneered, "Only if you’re capable!"

She leapt up, soared three feet high, and with a swipe in the air, shattered his mask!

Suddenly, an ugly, twisted face appeared in sight. The flesh was uneven, the eyeholes were deep, the nose appeared bitten off - it was horrific!

The man, distressed, immediately covered his face with his clothes!

Chloe gathered a ball of energy in her hands and struck down more than twenty men with one blow!
