Talia helped Nancy out the room and into theirs, making sure she was tucked in in her bed before placing a tender kiss on her forehead. She sighed at Nancy’s sweet innocent face and swore to kill Alpha Koan if she learnt he had hurt her in any way.

She hears a knock at the door and opens it with a frown only to see John with panic stricken eyes.

Surprised, she stepped out, shutting the door behind her.

"What’s wrong?"

"I don’t know... It’s Jephthah... he..."

Before he said a word, Talia had disappeared towards Jephthah’s room. John raised a brow.

He got into the room and went straight to Talia’s bed. Glancing over at Nancy to ensure she was tucked in well and fast asleep, he collapsed on Talia’s bed and began snoring.

Talia rushed into the room, slamming the door behind her before glancing around like a mad woman set on fire.

"Jephthah?!"

Suddenly the door opened and Jephthah stepped out, ignorant of her company. He was clad in a towel from the waist down and was wiping his hair with a smaller one.

The small towel fell to the ground as he turned and Talia bit her tongue, blushing as she subconsciously scanned her eyes over his glistening body with slightly parted lips.

Seeing him more clearly under the light, she took note of his herculean toned chest, ripped muscles and glistening abs. His torso was jacked. Overall, he looked like a delicious ice-cream laid out over a plate waiting for her to devour him.

Jephthah was ready to explode especially when she kept looking at him like she was fantasizing about things she wanted to do to him.

"D... Do you need anything?" He innocently asked, snapping her out of her thoughts. She blinked and held her head as if trying to remember something.

It didn’t look like Jephthah was in any sort of trouble. Why had he tricked her into coming her? Was it possible that he and Jephthah planned this?

But Jephthah looks like he knows nothing about it. Now she would look like a pervert running in here without a valid reason and just when he was stepping out of the bathroom.

"I..." She hurriedly said when she saw he had paused to watch her as if he was sure she was slowly loosing it. "I... came to spend the night here!" She said the first thing that popped up in her mind.

"What?"

"Is there a problem?" She pretended to take offense to the look of shock on his face, something she did to emotionally black mail him.

"N-No... N-No of course not!" He hurriedly said and ran Into the wardrobe, grabbed his clothes and ran into the bathroom. Talia almost bent over laughing at his adorable getaway.

She fell back on the bed and dimmed the lights but left it on to view the sketch on the paper. It was the unfinished sketch of her which looked like he had been working on it recently.

Jephthah stepped out a minute later, redenning on seeing her smiling at the sketch.

"Don’t...." He suddenly reached out and grabbed the paper from her hands. "It’s really stupid so please stop looking at it."

She looked up to see he had changed into the same night shirt and matching pants John had worn.

She yanked the paper back and Jephthah turned redder when she kept staring at it.

"But I like it. It’s so beautiful. Did you... take a picture?"

"I’ve been watching you so I drew it just by thinking... of you." He blurted it out before he realized what he just said.

Talia blushed but she suddenly leaned over and dimmed the lights lower before turning to grab Jephthah, swiftly pinning him underneath her.

She was in one of her oversized T-shirt and she wasn’t wearing a single thing underneath it.

As she straddled him, this time above the waist, she threw the sketch aside and sprawled her hands over his chest, running the two hands down his hard abs, lower and lower and lower until Jephthah stopped breathing and grabbed her wrists.

It was very dark In the room but they could gaze into each other’s eyes by standing just anywhere in the room.

He wanted to know why she asked but his curiosity chased the sleepiness causing his upper lids to drop.

"No." He said, almost shaking his head.

"You sure?" She asked.

"Yes I’m... sure."

He watched as she raised her hand up, brushing her hair up with her hands, some stray strands coming to fall by the sides of her face. She pulled a band which she likes wearing on her wrist and put it around her hair, pulling it up into a pony tail.

He watched her in anticipation, admiring how sexy she looked, bent over him, straddled, while doing her hair.

She noticed his gaze and smiled at him and he looked away coyly. She let down her pony tail and without warning, swooped down and dipped her head lower, catching his lips with hers and kissing it hard, deep and long, pulling away for Jephthah to pant again.
