HER ALPHA'S CARNAL SINS -
Chapter 160: Lies and Truths
Chapter 160: Lies and Truths
As soon as Hakura materialized in another discreet part of the forest, the Kitsune hurriedly attacked her, sending rolling pebbles to her direction.
The witch side stepped them, stretching her hand to grab her neck, pushing her face forward in such a quick motion, that the Kitsune’s head was forced through a tree, her body hanging behind her.
"What’s you name?" Hakura asked, coming to stand right Infront the tree where her head was peeking out from.
The Kitsune ignored her, only focused on struggling out of the state she was in.
"W- what did you do to me?" She realized she couldn’t move.
Hakura smirked.
"It’s just a little spell I casted on you before I brought you here, I wonder why it’s working now," She didn’t let her finish before pulling out a crude looking dagger with a sharp blade. The Kitsune’s mouth dropped on seeing her own reflection staring back at her in the same expression on the shiny blade. "It has a limited time before it fades off and you can move again, but I recommend you don’t reconsider using that opportunity to avoid my questions, because you’ll rather much be more than dead when I’m done with you."
The witch smiled in contentment seeing the Kitsune shudder, still glancing at her own reflection on the dagger blade.
"What. Is. Your. Name."
She glared at her hard, especially when that smug smirk on her face didn’t falter.
"Emily."
"Okay. Good. We’re starting off somewhere. Here, drink this."
Emily stared warily at the Potion in her hand which she was already opening.
Last night when Hakura and Cardin were waiting for the food and clothes to be prepared for their departure back to the Forest, Hakura had sent some Omegas away who dutifully got her the necessary things needed to make the potions she had on her now.
Before Emily could even utter a word, the bottle was forced into her mouth, and her moan of declination was muffled, as it slid down her throat, coating her insides with the bitter tasting potion.
She hated it, but knew better than to spit it out when Hakura was standing over her with that dagger.
"What did you give to me!?" She demanded, not liking the look on Hakura’s face one single bit.
"If you tell the truth. I’ll know for sure, But if you lie," Emily shuddered as her face was raised up with the help of the dagger against her neck, tilting her chin upwards to meet with her eyes. "I’ll also know, because you’ll be glowing."
"Glowing?" She was devastated.
"A radiant blue color," Hakura replied, smiling, revealing her canniness. "For each lie you tell, you loose a part of your body until there’s nothing left of you," She stepped back and spun her dagger before catching it by the hilt again. "So be wise Ems."
Emily glared at her so hard, if it was possible, bullets would have gone right through Hakura’s forehead, leaving her as a bloodied corpse.
"First of all, why are you people here?"
"I don’t understand." She gruffly said.
"You guys have been living amongst yourselves and minding your own business for so many years that most witches and werewolves assumed you had gone extinct. But suddenly," Hakura approached her again, and Emily trembled slightly under her dark gaze. "You’re suddenly out, causing trouble amongst the witches."
"We were following the orders of the king."
"You killed so many witches. You ended their lives like it didn’t mean anything to you," Hakura forced herself not to cry, at least not Infront of this cruel being who would enjoy the scene of her breaking down Infront of her. "People lost their families and friends... an.. and loved ones. And what did you personally get out of everything huh? Didn’t you feel bad or remorseful after what you’ve done?"
"I- I did." The woman cried out, and Hakura’s brows parted as she began to glow a radiant blue color.
"You didn’t!!!" The witch growled, stabbing her finger alongside her words.
Emily screamed in pain and fury, watching her own thumb on the ground, wiggling as If struggling for its life.
Her eyes were wide with horror as Hakura slowly stepped on her own bleeding thumb until it stopped moving.
"We didn’t intend to kill so much people. But you guys were adamant about helping us, so we did what we had to do." Emily snapped.
"Helping us? What were we supposed to help you for?"
Emily kept silent for a while, debating within herself if she should talk or not.
"Do you want me to cut those pretty eyes of yours and hang them up in that tree before you. Start. Talking?!"
"Okay okay... we needed them to conjure a potion for the heirs."
"What type of potion?"
"The remote spell."
Hakura’s eyes widened in shock. She pulled out Koan’s necklace which her pocket had housed since when she pulled it from Koan’s neck.
"You mean... the spell which this necklace contains is a remote spell?"
Emily’s eyes widened on seeing...
"That’s the similar necklace the princess was wearing!" She blurted out before she could stop herself.
"This isn’t hers. It’s Koan’s."
"Who?"
Hakura’s brows twitched.
"Her brother."
"Well, how did you get it? It’s impossible to steal the highness’s necklace when it’s situated around his neck."
"The same way I brought you here without you realizing. I’m not princess’s of the witches for nothing."
And like that the bombshell was dropped, and Emily was left speechless for a few seconds, her unanswered question of why this little being’s aura was causing her head to bow every now and then.
It was because she wasn’t just a little being or a common witch to over look. She was a royalty. Princess amongst witches. They had killed the queen and her descendants, but how did this one get away?
She had to be the last specie of a royal pure breed witch.
"Why were the witches forced to make this," She raised the necklace. "thing."
"The King suspected that his children would not be in a hurry to just trust and wipe the entire werewolf specie as he wanted, so he made this. With this, he could control them to do what he wanted as he pleases. If you had let his highness wear that necklace for much longer, the potion would be absorbed into him."
"Which means, if I had taken the necklace after then, it wouldn’t mean anything."
"Nice of you to figure that one out for yourself." Emily smugly said with fake humor, and Hakura glared at her.
"First, your people kill Alpha Drake of Crimson moon’s pack, then you kill Alpha Justin of Moon Howler’s pack, and now you want Alpha Henry of Ruby Stone’s pack. Aside that, you need these three, but alive," She starts counting off with her finger. "The only female Alpha left in the werewolf territory and the two heirs of Foxtune, right?"
"So?"
"So far, you’ve gotten the other heir, and the other two is left asides the Alpha. Why are you guys not trying to get them?"
"We were ordered not to. The highness would get them herself."
"Princess Fiona, am I correct?"
"You. Are." She stiffly said, hating this witch more and more as the time passed. Once she got out of here, she would rip her neck out and watch her own blood pour out as she let her thumb bleed that way.
"Why must she be the one to get them?"
"Everything we’ve been doing is for the ritual. If we kill the last Alpha, she’ll get the last two needed. Her brother, and his mate. Once she does so, she would share her internal energy with him, and the necklace you’ve stolen won’t be of any use, because part of her internal energy is being fuelled by the remote spell already in her system."
"What will happen if the ritual is complete?"
"The King will be free again, and we both know what’s the fate of everyone asides his people when he is."
"He’s been cursed on that throne for so many years, how will he suddenly become powerful enough to wipe us all out?"
Emily suddenly turned mute again.
"Answer me!"
"He’ll have to mate with someone, and share her internal energy."
"Who?"
Emily looked reluctant to mention anything.
Hakura saw the uneasiness in her eyes. With her hand on the hilt of the dagger, she stabbed the other finger and Emily screamed.
"Are you ready to talk now?"
Emily only kept screaming.
The next second, Hakura slashed her dagger, and Emily’s left hand fell to the ground.
"I’ll talk!!! I’ll talk!!!" The Kitsune screamed out loud, and Hakura stepped back, wiping the blood stained dagger against Emily’s hair, waiting for her to catch her breath from screaming so much.
The blood pooling at her feet did nothing to falter her emotions as she waited.
"The King is the only male specie left of the Kitsunes, and the queen was the only royal pure breeded ruler of Kitsune."
"So?"
Emily sighed.
"If he’s going to have to mate with someone, it had to be a royal pure breed Kitsune. A female ruler of Kitsune."
"But the queen is dead, and the only person left is.... "
Her dagger dropped the ground, and she stared at the Kitsune in horror.
