Chapter 58: The Choice

Ed sat on the bed along with Carter and they talked to Tim.

"Who are you sir, and why does Mr. Zach trust you?" Tim asked cautiously.

Ed introduced himself and Carter to Tim. He told him all their stories and that they would be building next door on the next piece of property—a massive expansion for both ranches because of the corporate ranches that were raided.

Carter took Tim’s hand in his and looked the young man in his eyes. "There are a few rules, young man, that I expect you to follow. Ed is my husband—we’ve been together for 10 years. We don’t have any children yet, but we will have them. If Ed does become the father of the child that you’re carrying in development, you will live with us. You will perform just like any other spouse, because the Genman child needs an infusion of the father’s DNA quite often to develop to its fullest potential."

"This child that my husband will father for you will have nothing but the best—the best clothing, education, manners and all the love it takes from the three of us to grow strong and excel far beyond the other Genman children and hybrids that surround it," Carter continued firmly. "You will not allow anyone else to touch you, nor conceive another child by anyone else. If you decide that you want a second, third, fourth or fifth child, they will all belong to Ed."

"If you still wish to participate in the breeding program where you will impregnate willing bottoms, then that is up to you, but our family comes first and foremost—more than even your own desires. These are the rules—you can either accept them or reject them. But if you want his DNA, think now and make the right choice, or have Frank’s child, because I can tell you right now this pregnancy is going to be very rough on you if you do not love the child that you are carrying. It will be very difficult to deliver an unwanted child."

"Nobody is going to force you into anything. You need to think about it for a couple hours and then make a decision about the rest of your life." Carter patted him on the hand and gently stroked his cheek. "You’ll make the right decision for your life."

Carter left the room, and next up was Ed. He sat down and took Tim’s hand.

"I’m not going to breed you," Ed began gently. "If you decide that you want me to change the DNA of your child and you accept Carter’s rules, I will take you to bed and I will make love to you—a kind and gentle, easy love. I don’t believe in hurting anyone. Sex should be enjoyable by both parties. If there’s something that makes you uneasy, we will stop and we shall speak of it. I don’t just keep going on, thinking you’ll get over it and it will soon be over. Only monsters do that, and no one should ever have the 1-2 used upon them, no matter what."

"Now I’m going to leave so that you and Zach can talk. Your uncle can counsel you to come to a decision, but no matter what, the final choice is up to you."

After everyone left and it was just Zach and Tim, Zach took Tim’s hand into his.

"Son, I love you and you have a big decision to make. Do you decide to let your attacker win when you birth his child, or do you defeat your attacker and birth the human’s child? It will be a hybrid—there’s no doubt—and it will try our patience, no doubt, but it would be loved by all involved. You may not like the idea of being a dad to a child, but it’s going to happen one way or the other. You have to decide whose child it’s going to be."

"Uncle Zach, if I let him on top of me, will it hurt very much? I don’t know what the last time felt like. I know I’m very sore now and my vent is swollen, but does having sex with the human hurt more than with a Genman?"

"Tim, I don’t know. I’ve never had sex with a human as the receiving partner, but I’ve always treated my Genman partners with respect and love."

"And when they build a new house next door, you’ll live in it with them. You can come over here anytime you want because it’s all going to be the same family. You’ll still be my son, and I’ll still love your Genman child or hybrid child. But I can tell you right now, if it was me, I would choose Ed. Your child would never ever want for anything—he could buy my ranch 50 times over and still have all of his money left in his pocket. And after meeting Carter, who grew up hard and was a rescue just like you, Ed waited until he was old enough and asked for permission, then they became a couple."

"They’re opening their heart and their home for you to become part of their family," Zach continued earnestly. "Yeah, I’ve been Uncle Zach, I’ve been around, I have helped you out, I’ve helped raise you up, helped guide you and I’ll always love you, but these two kind people will help you grow even more."

"You can be so much more than you are. You might even be allowed to take a mate to produce children with, but the bargain is you only allow him to touch you in a carnal way. You will only have children by him when it’s decided mutually that’s what is wanted."

"Uncle Zach, if I had it my way, I wouldn’t be pregnant at all—you know it. But I am pregnant by a monster and I cannot hate what’s growing inside me, but I can’t love it either, not this child."

"I never thought about a hybrid child before, but I have met Martin and Luther and your three grandsons—they’re hybrids and they’re good people, the best of both worlds put in one person. If I can do that for my child, why not? It’s a concession to have a child and become a dad. I would much rather that it be Ed’s than anyone else’s."

"I don’t know him and I don’t love him, but we don’t love our partners that we breed in the program either—we just perform a service."

"But with Ed and Carter it can be different for me. I’ll be spending all my time with them when I’m not working or being educated. They’ll be with me as my child grows inside of me. Ed will be with me when it’s needed that way too."

"Tim, you have an hour to decide what you want to do. Don’t rush—make up your mind, then we have to get you in somewhere so you can make a hybrid baby. I have no doubt he’ll be gentle with you and help you through every step of the process of conception. I’m going to leave so that you can think. When you’re ready, you call for us. But that baby will not be conceived here—you go to the center, and you have the best room at your disposal."

"Uncle Zach, I know this may not be right and it may sound like revenge, but I want to be able to look that monster in the face when you find him and tell him that a real man took his baby and made it his own in the very same bed where he did the despicable things that he did to me. I want my child to be conceived on top of his, right here."

"Okay Tim, if that makes you feel that you have power over him, then that’s fine with me—whatever you want. But you have to make up your mind quickly." Zach stood to leave. "Send Ed in here and tell him that we have a baby to make today."
