Chapter 27: Spooning For Beginners

Hanz was at a loss for words and sat down. Who had drugged him and why?

"Hanz, you were drugged with Thorcon. Do you know what that is, son?" Zach spoke.

"No sir, I don’t."

"It’s a strong mood altering drug that causes heightened sexual aggression for breeding and memory lapses, especially in facial recognition. You may remember things like a brunette but you can’t remember the face, and you awoke with an erection lasting for hours even though you can remember having sex for hours already."

"Yes, I remember that but nothing else," Hanz said.

Angela reported that she located the phone in question and it was close in a desk drawer.

"That’s good, but we need to take care of Hanz first then the other matter," Zach replied.

Zach started his questioning. "Hanz, who served you your last drink of Orange juice before you left the dinner party the night of the company celebration?"

"That’s easy. I was getting ready to pick it up when the section chief said he would bring them to us since it was crowded at the bar. I told him no alcohol because I was driving and Martin doesn’t drink at all due to a severe allergy, and he brought them to us. Martin and I started to feel bad so we left. I think I dropped him off and met some gal because I woke up in a hotel room after some wild sex. What are you all not telling me? Am I in some kind of trouble?" Hanz replied.

"No son, you are not in trouble, but there are some things that you need to know about that night. You were drugged along with another person and things took place that will affect the both of you from now on. There’s a baby on the way and you’re the father, like it or not—that’s the fact," Tony interjected.

"Now Hanz, I need for you to watch a video that was sent to a coworker this morning." Tony pushed play. It showed Hanz sitting at his desk as was Angela and Martin when he stretched back and the baby decided to move, then the graphics were added. Hanz watched it over and over several times before it sunk in that that was a baby moving inside of Martin—his baby. Tony showed him a photo after Lex unbound Martin. Hanz was devastated at what he saw.

"Hanz, the two of you did nothing wrong. The person responsible made the video and drugged the both of you that night, and we must find him," Zach spoke over the speaker.

"I’ve located it, sir. It’s in the Section Chief’s desk, sir," Angela remarked.

Hanz was up in a flash and out the door, headed to the Section Chief’s Office. "I’m going to kill you, you son of a bitch for what you did to Martin, you bastard!" he yelled out. The door was slammed in his face and locked, but that did nothing to slow the big pissed off Swede. He splintered the door and its frame when he hit it.

Hanz was holding the Section Chief by his throat when Tony and Angela arrived. He then took his free hand and grabbed the man’s crotch and squeezed until Tony heard the man’s nuts both pop. Hanz dropped him to the floor and busted the desk drawer open, took out the phone and handed it to the Director, then went to sit at his desk.

The ambulance took the man to the hospital before he was to be transferred to jail waiting on a trial. The regional Governor showed up after he was alerted to what had taken place. He filled the Director in on Martin’s appointment to the department that Tony didn’t know about. He wanted to know his condition and to keep him updated about him. He shook Hanz’s hand and told him that he did the world a favor taking out the trash but to be gentle with the office because Martin would need it when he returned.

Hanz walked up to the Director. "Where is Martin? I want to see him and check on the baby myself."

"I’m coming too, so save me a seat," Angela remarked. The whole office was chattering with the news that they had a Hybrid working for the Agency for 10 years without incident.

The switchboard operator told the Director, "Sir, you are our boss, but Martin is our leader, so please tell him that we are waiting for his return to lead us out of the darkness, sir."

The three went out to a rover and headed off to the Z1 Ranch as fast as it would go. Tony called Zach. "Keep Martin there—we are headed his way. Someone here is very excited to meet his child no matter who is carrying it."

"Lex gave him a shot to relax him so he could be resting for a while, but come to the main house to meet Lex first," Zach replied.

Hanz was the first one out of the Rover and walked inside the front door without ringing the bell. Tony walked in behind him and saw Zach looking at the tall Swede.

"Forgive him, Zach. He has only one thing on his mind—Martin and the baby," Tony said.

Zach laughed. "I don’t blame the young man. Martin is quite a catch, but he’s already been to the buffet and sampled his goodies—he just doesn’t remember that meal."

"Damn, Zach, you have a way with the bullshit. How’s our boy doing?" Tony laughed and remarked.

Lex walked out of the office. "He’s sleeping and will be for a while. He’s emotionally drained."

"Can I please see him and sit with him as he sleeps? I’ve got to be there when they wake up to tell him how sorry I am for what happened to us that night, but I wouldn’t change a thing since we made a baby," Hanz asked.

"Only the Father is allowed to see the patient at this time so they can have some time alone as he sleeps, so follow me, big guy. He did say you were a sight, but damn, you’re tall and big, plus being good looking doesn’t hurt the eyes either," Lex replied.

Hanz cleared his throat. "Sorry, but I’m taken."

"I don’t think my husband would like me going after another human either since he’s so damned good looking. The two of you will meet later on, but for now let us get you and Martin reacquainted," Lex chuckled.

Hanz and Lex entered the room where Martin was sleeping.

"He looks so peaceful sleeping there," Hanz remarked as he walked over to the bedside and touched his face so very gently.

Lex handed Hanz a pair of thin sleepwear pants. "Strip and put them on."

Hanz looked at them. "Are they shorts or pants?"

"Just put the damned things on and be sure to remove all other articles of clothing and hang them up in the changing room," Lex laughed. Hanz did as he was instructed. The thin pants did nothing to hide his junk as he came out with his hands covering himself.

"I’ve seen one of those before, young man, and had one last night myself. Now crawl into this bed with Martin and scoot up behind, placing your junk in the crack of his beefy ass cheeks," Lex laughed.

Hanz did as he was instructed. Lex helped him scoot his arm under Martin’s neck and torso, and draped the other arm over Martin’s bare swollen belly.

"Now Hanz, pull up tight next to Martin so the baby can feel your presence near him and he will respond to your touch." Lex pulled the sheet up over the two men and turned down the lights. "Now if when he wakes up he wants to make love, then by all means do it, but the both of you need to talk about the baby and how you feel about it and him."

Hanz thanked Lex and held Martin and their child close.

Lex exited the room and gave strict instructions for them not to be disturbed.
