Adrian led Luna into his plantation.

The setting sun's afterglow filtered down as they stood on a vast grassland surrounded by towering forests that reached into the clouds.

On the grassland stood a tall oak tree and three greenhouse-like buildings.

"This is..."

Luna's eyes widened as she looked around, finally turning to Adrian. "Are we still at Hogwarts?"

Adrian shook his head.

"How magical," Luna gazed at the three greenhouses before them, asking dreamily, "What's inside those?"

"Greenhouse Number One is storage, while Two and Three contain some plants I'm growing," Adrian explained as he led Luna forward. "Come with me—we're going to Number Three."

Arriving at the door of the greenhouse marked "Number Three," Adrian waved his hand, and the door opened.

When the greenhouse door opened, Luna let out a soft gasp. She felt as though she had entered a fantastical world composed entirely of plants.

Various plants were distributed throughout this spacious area.

Dittany, mandrakes, Devil's Snare, venomous tentacula, bouncing bulbs...

Magical plants grew luxuriantly here, either mixed together or clustered in groups.

Even the ceiling and walls were covered with colorful vines.

"I like it here." Luna touched a pot of cactus at her feet that kept expanding and shrinking. The cactus seemed to sense her touch, suddenly swelling in size before quickly shrinking back to its original state.

"How adorable," Luna laughed softly.

"Welcome to my plantation, Luna." Adrian smiled and spread his arms wide.

At that very moment, all the plants in the greenhouse seemed to hear an unspoken command, tilting slightly toward Adrian's direction, like subjects paying homage to their king.

Luna watched this scene in amazement—at this moment, Adrian was like the ruler of this place.

Just then, her attention was quickly drawn to something invisible in the air.

Her gaze followed invisible trajectories, her brow furrowing slightly as if trying to see something clearly.

"Are you seeing the 'spirits' around me again?" Adrian noticed her strange behavior and asked curiously.

Luna nodded slightly, her carrot earrings swaying gently as her gaze tracked some invisible trajectory in the air.

"Can you describe what they look like?" Adrian crouched beside Luna with a hint of curiosity.

"They're like glowing dandelions," Luna said softly, pointing at some of the plants around them. "The green ones flew into here, the red ones burrowed into those vines, the white ones..."

"There are different colors too?"

"Yes," Luna glanced at the area around Adrian. "But when they emerge from you, they're all different colors."

Adrian nodded thoughtfully. Perhaps these different colors represented different properties, and his ability influenced plants through them.

Then he led Luna to a corner on the left side.

Three small apple saplings stood there, each only half of Luna's height.

These were his experimental subjects in attempting to cultivate plants with "purification" properties.

Adrian had used a bottle of growth potion with "purification" properties on each of them.

However, possibly because these saplings lacked talent, they had yet to successfully acquire the "purification" property.

After using the growth potions, the three saplings' growth progress had reached 17%, 66%, and 99% respectively, then stopped advancing.

"Do you see anything unusual about them, Luna?" Adrian asked, looking at Luna, who was contemplating the three saplings.

Luna crouched down, twirling her silvery long hair around her finger, then reached out to gently touch the sapling with 99% progress. "How strange, Professor Westeros. It's keeping your spirits locked outside."

"The other two..." Luna turned to the other two saplings. "The spirits are trying to get out from inside. Look, more of them are coming out."

Of course, Adrian couldn't see this scene.

However, from Luna's words, he could deduce that the reason these saplings hadn't successfully evolved was probably because they were no longer continuing to absorb the "spirits" emanating from Adrian.

The two with slightly lower progress were even expelling the "spirits" from within them.

He suspected that if this problem could be solved, the saplings before him would successfully evolve.

After learning this crucial information, Adrian took Luna on a tour around the plantation.

Luna was very interested in Adrian's plants, fluttering among them like a light butterfly. After it became completely dark, Adrian escorted her back to Hogwarts and gave her a moon-shaped protective charm made from lightning-struck wood as payment.

The next day, Adrian kept thinking about how to help those three saplings successfully acquire the "purification" property.

Finally, Adrian decided to try the most direct method.

Force-feeding them potions—continuously force-feeding them potions.

Since those apple saplings wouldn't actively absorb the "spirits" around Adrian like other plants did, Adrian would have to forcibly stuff the "spirits" into their bodies.

The method for stuffing them in was using growth potions.

Finally, after using several bottles of growth potion, the sapling at 99% successfully leveled up as desired.

[Species: Apple Tree]

[Level: 2]

[Property: Purification]

Unfortunately, only this one succeeded. The other two exploded after several bottles of growth potion were used on them.

Yes, they exploded, with fragments scattered everywhere.

However, this also taught Adrian that not all plants could successfully evolve, and excessive use of growth potions could even cause immeasurable damage to plants.

As for why, Adrian suspected it might be individual differences.

That is, each plant individual has different talents.

Devil's Snare, for instance, belonged to the excellent talent category—even without growth potion assistance, it could continue growing.

Ever since Luna told Adrian about the "spirits" he produced, Adrian had been studying these invisible little things.

He gave these "spirits" a name: "Mutation Factor."

These mutation factors were produced by Adrian's magic, with the highest concentration in his blood.

What could be determined was that these mutation factors were the key to Adrian's mutation ability, causing the mutational evolution of his plants.

In the following days, Adrian would occasionally invite Luna to his plantation to observe the mutation factors.

Luna was very willing to do this and quickly became a regular visitor to Adrian's plantation.

Additionally, Adrian's original apple tree with "purification" properties had already borne fruit.

Once they ripened, Adrian would be able to brew purification potions and then deal with Voldemort's diary.

Now, all he had to do was wait.
