They came to the farming district because they are targeting the weakest gang. The leader of the Golden Hammer gang is said to be a rank 3 giant. They got this information by asking around.

If there is anything they want to know, all they need to do is ask someone nicely and use a healthy dose of mind reading. Thanks to this ability, it doesn't matter if someone lies to them; they will still get the information they want as long as the person thinks about the information.

So they didn't even need to use Hypnotize to find the headquarters of the Golden Hammer gang. It was not until they reached the headquarters that they began using Hypnotize.

While they were investigating the three leaders, Golden Hammer was not happy with the interruption of his meeting. He especially didn't like that it was done by a masked stranger.

He roared and slammed his fist onto the table, "Who are you and what are you doing here?"

Legion replied, "Don't we already know each other?"

Golden Hammer frowned and said, "I don't remember anyone like you."

Legion assured him, "Don't worry. By the time I'm done with you, we will be very familiar with each other."
