Chapter 89: Chapter 89 The 3rd Augustus
"Is it really possible to break through with one Extreme Intent, then master the others? Can this be done?"
Sifreya was greatly shocked, completely taken aback that it could be done this way. Thinking it over carefully, it seemed there’s little room for realization, quite unlikely,
"Is this truly achievable?"
"Why not? Both my foster father and mother have mastered multiple Extreme Intents."
Noah was dismissive, directly citing examples,
"My foster father, the Holy Dragon Slayer Casius, you should be quite familiar with him. He broke through with the Skill’s Extreme Intent, and the awakening of his Titan Bloodline thus became more complete, granting him the Life’s Extreme Intent and the Power Extreme Intent, not to mention the Extreme Intent of Qi."
Casius, being able to face multiple opponents before breaking through, defeating several Extreme Intent Warriors of the same realm, could withstand a Legendary blow, all due to the immense support from his Titan Bloodline, allowing him to completely overcome certain limitations and transcend above the mundane.
"My foster mother, she elevated with the Magic Extreme Intent. This alone is enough to prove her talent, exceptional even among spellcasters.
Spellcasters who elevate with the Magic Extreme Intent have ample time and energy to reverse and accumulate the Extreme Intent of Qi, attempt the Soul’s Extreme Intent, and even transform their bodies through arcane means to obtain the Life’s Extreme Intent, or even the Power Extreme Intent."
"So, for ordinary beings like me without special bloodlines, the best choice is to try mastering the Skill’s Extreme Intent or the Magic Extreme Intent?"
Sifreya was silent for a moment, then asked softly.
Regardless of the Legendary Duke or his wife, they were existences she could only look up to. Even after a round of evolution with the Sect Master’s power, it was still the case.
"Of course not. This requires very high talent, even more demanding than bloodline requirements to some extent. It’s hard to describe such talent as one in ten thousand."
Noah shook his head, offering his suggestion,
"Your best choice is the Extreme Intent of Qi, continuously accumulating magic power until reaching your bearable limit, then attempting to break the barrier.
In fact, this is the choice of the vast majority of Radiant Gold rank beings, and relatively speaking, it’s the easiest path. At least after trying, even if it fails, you can feel improvement."
"Your Highness doesn’t suggest I try the Magic Extreme Intent?"
The Dragonified Great Fairy asked softly, appearing somewhat timid and lacking confidence.
"I didn’t oppose it. If you want to try mastering the Magic Extreme Intent, I can mention it to aunt. She should be able to give you some guidance."
Noah, of course, wouldn’t discourage her. If she wants to try, she can. Some Domains, without exploring, you won’t know how despairing the lack of enough talent can be.
"Thank you, Your Highness!"
Sifreya sincerely bowed to the Golden Dragon.
Though she had worked at the Duke Mansion for over a year and could talk to the Duchess, that was the extent of it.
Getting guidance from her, especially concerning future paths, was honestly beyond her status. But if the Golden Dragon spoke up, the situation would be different.
"You’ve served me for several years. Speaking a word for you is only right."
Noah gladly accepted the Great Fairy’s gratitude, which he rightly deserved.
"Your Highness, please forgive my boldness. You should have mastered the Golden Radiant Power by now. What Extreme Intent do you plan to ascend with in the future?"
The topic should have ended there, but the Great Fairy couldn’t suppress her curiosity.
"Me? Life, Soul, Power, Qi—all are possible. If there’s enough time, I’ll probably try to ponder the Magic Extreme Intent."
The Golden Dragon gently swayed his tail, causing strands of flames to spread into the air, forming beautiful fan-shaped fire shadows mid-air,
"Actually, there’s no rule that only one Extreme Intent can be used for ascension. Among us Dragon Clan, True Dragon Species often ascend with multiple Extreme Intents.
So, the teams that aim to hunt Giant Dragons need to gather at least four to six Transcendents of the same realm, otherwise, it’s futile."
"So that’s how it is."
The Great Fairy revealed a look of envy, but such traits are not obtained through envy. It’s like the Sect Master just said, you were born with it or not, hardly attainable through later efforts.
"Keep working hard, don’t overthink. Many things, you’ll find, are just like that once you reach a higher realm. I eagerly anticipate your evolution into the Fairy Queen.
That way, I’ll be the first Golden Dragon in modern Dragon Clan history to be served by the Fairy Queen."
Noah said with pride, encouraging the slightly discouraged Great Fairy.
"I will strive to fulfill Your wishes!"
Noah’s expectations invigorated the Great Fairy, who passionately began... attending to the Golden Dragon’s radiant beautiful Golden Scales, which to her was, at present, the most important task.
The Golden Dragon awoke from slumber, aside from the related personnel, it caused no waves in Elisium City, as no one knew of the Golden Dragon’s slumber. In farther regions, not even a ripple was stirred.
As for the small sun created by the Golden Dragon the night it awoke, it merely added a few more urban legends, serving no real purpose.
Currently, the city housed many mages, and the Candle Sun only illuminated Elisium and its surrounding areas, while farther places remained shrouded in night.
However, those qualified to know of the Golden Dragon’s awakening rushed back upon hearing the news, bringing along their partners.
"Noah, what has become of you?"
Upon seeing the Golden Dragon for the first time, Tidel, despite having honed a mature, steady demeanor, couldn’t help exclaiming.
Yet, the Golden Dragon paid no attention to this nearly thirty-two-year-old man, but rather looked towards the graceful, composed silver-haired girl beside him.
"How long have you been pregnant?"
"Nearly half a year."
Edith, who was pulled over without a word by her partner, although still retaining a youthful appearance, had acquired a graceful and gentle demeanor typical of a young matron.
"Then it should be soon."
Noah nodded slightly; by appearances alone, one couldn’t tell this girl with High Elf Bloodline was pregnant. But the Golden Dragon could sense the burgeoning vitality.
"Who told you that Edith was pregnant?"
Watching the exchange between the Golden Dragon and his wife, the ignored young man asked irritably, then dejectedly smacked his neck,
"I originally wanted to personally tell you this news myself."
"No one told me. Can’t I perceive it myself?"
Noah retorted indignantly,
"You’re about to become a father soon. Could you show some semblance of a father’s demeanor?"
"In front of my knights, I’m not what you see now. I’m quite dignified. If you don’t believe it, ask Edith; she can vouch for me."
