GOD OF ALL SYSTEMS
Chapter 46 - 46: The Code of Evolution

Patrick and Athena listened to the child-like figure constructed from mana energy. Neither expressed any signs of amazement or shock, even though the little girl's domain was entirely built of enormous white holes.

"You know me?" Athena asked after listening to being called by her name.

"YES, INDEED, I DO. I FELTETH THOU PRESENCE ALMOST TWO DECADES WHENCE. THOU "Snap!" You arrived through a black void, which almost shattered our reality. Since the power of gods, regardless of which universe, is vastly overwhelming for lesser universes and even multiverses,

Athena snapped her fingers as the girl spoke, altering her speech pattern. However, the girl continued to speak with her antiquated dialect, so she was unaware of it.

"The overabundance of godly energy you brought with you was enough to allow me to become more awakened to combat the demons, but even the source energy from the Greek Multiverse isn't infinite. Since your energy is created based on faith and worship, the more followers you have and are being worshipped, the more power you gain.

A defect manufactured by existence in order to preserve equilibrium nonetheless, I presume."

"That doesn't explain how you know me specifically," Athena said.

Yes, it doesn't, but I believe the goddess is asking me this question in order to put me to the test. You possess the ability to quickly retrace my soul's past and know me better than I do. I wouldn't dare claim to be more knowledgeable than the Goddess of Wisdom and Warcraft, I am only a child with slightly over six billion years of experience and wisdom.

Recounting everything related to Athena, Seilia added while showcasing a bubble containing real-time images. The bubble depicted Athena emerging over Earth 001, oozing a white smoke-like source of energy indefinitely from her. Then Athena performed some inexplicable gestures, as her body shrank to the size of a glimmer of light before vanishing into the Earth.

Her energy suddenly evaporated with her disappearance.

"You were later conceived as a descendant of the Watson family. And as a native of this planet, I'm able to grant you access to Mana, making you awakened."

Seilia spoke as the bubble illustrated her words. As if done talking to Athena, Seilia turned to Patrick, her head instantly lowering as if not even wanting to meet Patrick's gaze.

"Pardon me, high one, for I'm unable to gaze into your eyes. You must want answers as to why you aren't awakened: the reason that being-

"I already know why, don't bother explaining." Patrick interrupted Seilia, who was about to reveal a very crucial puzzle in the plot.

Suddenly interrupted, Seilia paused and nodded respectfully as she said, "As you wish." She then continued,

"A millennia ago, an unknown entity calling himself the Demon God made an appearance in our galaxy, particularly our solar system. His aim? To conquer every living being he came across. Boosted by his ego, the Demon God went on to challenge all eight of the planets, aiming to devour us to recuperate his energy.

But blinded by his arrogance, he underestimated us, resulting in him losing an additional ten percent of his power."

"Although we won that battle, we ended up losing one of our brothers, Pluto, who sacrificed himself to gain us an advantage."

"Realizing his mistake, the Demon God went on to hide himself within me, Earth. Seeing as I couldn't exterminate him, despite all my attempts, I forwent the idea of him being a threat. But my action in ignoring him came at a great cost; the demon god went on to amass himself into society, influencing wars and conflict, which only aided in recovering his energy upon every death.

Whether it was natural or humanly influenced, every energy that I usually absorbed to recreate life after a living organism died was devoured by him. Over the centuries, he grew stronger, while I was the opposite.

And centuries later, he finally garnered enough energy to summon his minions, a race of demonic creatures from an unknown dimension known as the Nether Realm. With his minions, coupled with his ability to manipulate humanity using their esurient natures, the world descended into chaos.

Left with little to no choice, as humanity lay in the balance, I was forced to sacrifice a little over half of my energy, which allowed me to impart portions of my energy to natives of the planet. That was how Awakened came to being.

As for those not awakened, their affinity with me was either too low or nonexistent, or they were not natives or were not born on this planet." Seilia spoke, her gaze shifting to Patrick when making this statement.

Noticing her gaze, Patrick remained insouciant. He then stared at her and said, "So he created gates and demons, and you created awakened and the portals to seal the monsters within while granting humans access to enter."

"Yes, it is exactly as you have said," Seilia confirmed. She then continued.

"I have noticed you since my creation six billion years ago, high one, but since you seem to erase your memory and reset your growth to a toddler every century while saying "It's still too early," I never tried to initiate contact. And since this century just began and you seemed to be more involved with humanity than in previous eons, I assumed this is the century you have been anticipating.

"Talk to me about the part where you need our help." Patrick interrupted Seilia again, causing her to change the topic again.

"Ah, yes. Seeing as you had intervened multiple times throughout Earth's history, I assumed you wouldn't wish for this planet to be devoured, not especially after you have exercised efforts in creating something of value, like your company and your inventions. Of course, to a being like yourself, these things mean little to nothing to you.

As the world has fallen into chaos, I find it paramount that I seek your assistance, as the alternative would be my destruction and the extinction of humanity, at least in this timeline."

"Let me ask you a question, Seilia. Are you disappointed that the humans for whom you sacrificed half of your energy to grant superpowers and abilities ended up using them for their personal vendettas? Shouldn't you know after numerous millennia that humans always tend to fall back on their prewired natures?" Athena asked the little girl.

Hearing Athena's question, Seilia bowed her head embarrassingly as she replied, "To be honest, goddess Athena, no, I'm not. I even calculated this option before granting them access to my energy. Humans are by far one of the most mysterious races ever created by the Almighty Creator; their ability to love and hate and their natures make them special.

I calculated that if I granted the humans powers, it would significantly increase their greedy and unsatisfactory natures, but I had hope they would also use those very natures to combat the demons."

"And now the very humans you seek to protect are siding with the demons—not a pleasant feeling, I suppose," Patrick said his words, mentioning the multiple higher families siding with the demons, like the Rothschilds and the Blakes.

"Yes, it is indeed unpleasant." The little said as she bowed her head in defeat.

Seeing this, Athena exchanged gazes with Patrick as she sighed. "Sigh~, you called us to help you with energy, correct?"

Hearing Athena's question, the little girl's transparent face became vibrant as she replied excitedly, "Yes, as beings who have transcended multiversal scales, you have an unlimited amount of energy; a spec of energy from your hairs alone is enough to last me till the end of my time, let alone combat the demon god; I would even be able to destroy him and his armada completely." Seilia said.

But noticing neither of the couple saying anything, the girl slowly lost her excitement as if coming to reality as she said, "Forgive me, for I am asking so much of you and I am presenting nothing in return; if you wish, I would.

"Nah, no need. There's nothing that you have that we would want, and besides, you are cleaning the trash nonetheless."

"Grace, the C.E.C. formula," Patrick said as he stretched his hand. A golden code with countless numbers and symbols glitching within it materialized in his hand.

[Civilization Evolution Code: A formula created by Master, once installed by any soul core of a planet or entity, they would be capable of evolving their cores to whatever type of civilization capable of withstanding, granting them access to the energy of galaxies, universes, and even multiverses.]

"This is the C.E.C. form; with it, you should be able to evolve into any type of civilization on the Kardashev Scale. Granting you access to every planetary energy, complete control of yourself, and every known form of energy you are knowledgeable of." Patrick said as the code floated towards Seilia.

"You are the most magnanimous, oh, high one." Seilia said as she accepted the code.

"Very well, then. This meeting is over. I will conquer the nations and handle the humans who have sided with the demons. You handle the demon god and his minions. Also, try not to get too carried away after gaining access to unlimited energy meant for the multiverse."

Patrick said as he and Athena's figures faded from the scene.

"I won't, high one. THANK YE FOR THY MAGNONIMITY." The girl replied as she saw the fading figures of Patrick and Athena.
