It was decent until the author started expressing extremely thinly veiled racism and xenophobia, especially towards japan, around chapter 300 to 400

Like it till now (1k chap). has everything that I like in a novel with a smart MC. if you start picking out bad stuff...even the best novels out there will have aplenty of them. I binged it and it was good and I plan on continuing after stacking more chapters

I can't evaluate the plot of this novel for 70 chapters, but I can evaluate the problems in world-building. The world contains too heavy game elements (think of it as the anime Log Horizon). For example: the character, being in the basement of the villa, threw explosives at his feet. The explosion blew up the villa, damaged all the enemies, but did not damage him (at all). The bosses in the dungeons are similar to the bosses from the game WoW. They have a weak attack, but a very large amount of health. And it's a bit stupid when the main character spends an entire hour hammering one necromancer boss.
