Chapter 724: Chapter 724

"Don’t hit me, please, I’m begging you, don’t hit me!"

"Help me, wife, I’m begging you, save me! Hurry up and get your parents to bring the money."

"Otherwise, I’m going to be beaten to death."

Lin Fucheng’s screams of agony kept stabbing at Tang Tiantian’s nerves, and the violent and bloody scene before her made her tremble uncontrollably.

"Give me my phone, I’ll call my parents right now."

Fourth Brother Zhao heard Tang Tiantian say this and gestured for his men to stop.

"Don’t be in a rush to call. First tell me, how much is your parents’ house worth? And how much savings do they actually have?"

Tang Tiantian, filled with despair, replied, "My parents’ house is practically worthless, it’s old and ramshackle—probably fifty or sixty thousand at most, and they have about ten thousand in savings."

"So this means that even adding that up, it’s only sixty or seventy thousand. But you owe me three hundred and fifty thousand. I already told you—today, as long as you can bring me two hundred thousand, that’s enough."

"Which means you’ll still need to figure out how to get the rest. Tell me, how much can you borrow?"

The underlings stared at Tang Tiantian with malicious eyes—they all knew that Brother Zhao was preparing to tighten the net.

Tang Tiantian shook her head. A hundred thousand plus—how could she even imagine borrowing such an amount? And even if she could, it wouldn’t happen in a day or two.

"We’ll figure it out as fast as we can. For now, let us leave today. I’ll go back and get my dad’s house and savings to give to you."

Tang Tiantian knew she couldn’t escape; the debts were undeniably shared between them as a married couple.

"That won’t do; without two hundred thousand, you can’t leave."

"Since you really can’t come up with the money, I have no choice but to chop off your husband’s hands first."

Lin Fucheng was so terrified he nearly lost control of his bladder, especially when his hands were forcibly pinned down.

"No, please, I’m begging you. Let me go!"

Fourth Brother Zhao signaled with his eyes, and the henchman holding the knife understood instantly.

Shouting loudly at Lin Fucheng, he taunted, "Let’s see if you’ll finally cry some tears at the sight of the coffin. First, I’ll slice off two of your fingers."

The knife came down swiftly, severing two fingers cleanly.

Tang Tiantian screamed in horror, covering her eyes, unable to bear the sight.

But Lin Fucheng’s heart-wrenching screams still echoed in her ears.

Fourth Brother Zhao spoke again, "Now, tell me—can you come up with the money?"

Lin Fucheng, pale-faced, begged, "Give us more time. We’ll figure out how to gather the money."

Lin Fucheng knew very well that Tang Tiantian’s parents could barely muster anything—they were out of options.

"Haven’t I given you enough time already? Looks like you’re quite the tough guy after all. If you can’t come up with two hundred thousand, then I’ll just have to take your hands next."

"Wait—I can manage!"

Tang Tiantian stared in disbelief at Lin Fucheng. The family money had all been gambled away; the house, lost. How could Lin Fucheng even get anything?

But Lin Fucheng’s next words nearly made Tang Tiantian faint in fury.

"I’ll sell my wife—my wife’s not only beautiful but has a great figure. I’ll sell her to you for two hundred thousand."

Tang Tiantian felt her heart skip a beat, staring at Lin Fucheng in disbelief.

Her head was spinning; she staggered and collapsed to the floor, unable to stand anymore.

Fourth Brother Zhao found some satisfaction in her reaction but still wasn’t done with Lin Fucheng.

"Your wife already has a child, so how pretty could she still be? And you want to sell her to me for two hundred thousand? Are you dreaming?"

"At most, fifty thousand—when the time comes, I’ll send your wife to work at the club. For the rest of her life, she’ll be working for me. I heard your wife’s a teacher—it should attract quite a few clients. If not for that, even fifty thousand would be too much."

"Fine, fifty thousand it is. Can we leave now?"

Tang Tiantian could no longer comprehend the conversation between Fourth Brother Zhao and Lin Fucheng.

Never in her wildest dreams did she imagine her husband selling her.

The blow to Tang Tiantian was unimaginable.

Most humiliating of all was the clear price tag someone had placed on her—as though she was worth no more than fifty thousand. It was almost laughable.

But for Tang Tiantian, the despair didn’t end there.

Fourth Brother Zhao slapped Lin Fucheng across the face, "How many times do I have to spell it out for you? Bring me two hundred thousand if you want to leave—you’re still short by tens of thousands."

Lin Fucheng had truly been terrified into submission; he’d already lost two fingers and now could only plead, "Brother Zhao, just tell me what you want—whatever you say, I’ll do it."

"Alright, you said it yourself. Considering our old acquaintance, I’ll give you one last chance. Today, as long as your wife serves a few of us well, I’ll temporarily let you go to gather the money. But your wife stays behind."

Humiliation flickered in Lin Fucheng’s eyes—these men intended to violate his wife right in front of him.

But his fear held his tongue; he couldn’t refuse.

"Alright, Brother Zhao, whatever you say."

Fourth Brother Zhao chuckled darkly and stepped toward Tang Tiantian.

"What are you doing? Don’t come near me! I’m warning you—stay away! What you’re doing is illegal. Lin Fucheng, that bastard, has no right to sell me."

"Get away—stay away from me!"

Tang Tiantian kicked and screamed but was quickly overpowered by the group of men.

They pinned her against the table, her limbs locked down, leaving her no room to resist.

"Miss Tang, your husband sold you to me. From now on, you’re one of my people."

"But you don’t have to worry—serve us well for a few days, then work at the club to pay off the debt. I won’t mistreat you. Whether it’s bags or jewelry, as long as you behave, you’ll have plenty."

"And you’ll have your daily dose of pleasure—think of it as better than your current life. Just look at that useless husband of yours; what’s he ever given you?"

Lin Fucheng lowered his head in mortified silence, but one of the henchmen forced his head up and pinned it to face Tang Tiantian.

This wasn’t merely humiliation for Lin Fucheng—it was meant to crush Tang Tiantian emotionally.

She was filled with despair, her voice trembling. "Lin Fucheng, you’re not even human. You’re a damn beast."

"No—it’s not my fault! Don’t blame me!"

Lin Fucheng repeatedly denied responsibility, as though doing so could soothe his guilt or lessen his sins.

Fourth Brother Zhao burst out laughing and reached out to touch Tang Tiantian’s leg.

"What beautiful legs—so long, so pale, so slender."

His coarse hands moved upward, tracing from her calf to her thigh.

"Get your filthy hands off me, bastard! Don’t touch me. My students will come to save me soon."

Fourth Brother Zhao was momentarily startled, then broke into hysterical laughter.

"You mean Zhang Yang, huh? Not bad—if Little Brother Zhang Yang finds out you’re here, he’ll definitely come. But too bad—I already told him you’re not here. And guess what he told me yesterday?"
