Chapter 321: Coming Out of Epoch Tower

The void stood still for a breathless heartbeat. Then —

Reality itself trembled.

The Tower of Epoch, ever silent and distant, shuddered like a living thing awakening from an eternal slumber. Outside, the golden list erupted in divine brilliance, and the names of the twelve ancient existences who once reached the seventh floor dimmed, while Apollo’s name burnt brighter than a star.

Even the ancient monsters hiding in the deepest parts of the three universes... opened their eyes.

"Time." One of them muttered, shivering.

Since ancient times, time has been one of the taboo supreme rules, as its power and mystery are unimaginable even for most transcended masters.

Back on the floating void-island, the Epoch Lord’s serene smile deepened. But this time—there was a glint of reverence in his gaze.

"Good," he said, his voice layered with memory and meaning. "You crossed the boundary. Hopefully you can cross the final state."

"This is my second gift; it will be some help for you." As he said that, a mysterious spirit appeared right in front of Apollo, which was none other than the spirit of the Tower of Epoch, and formed a connection with him.

"Your cultivation is too weak to carry the power directly, but you should be able to call it projection outside at critical times to save your life." As the Lord Epoch said, he disappeared quickly without giving him a chance to ask him anything more.

The spirit pulsed with ancient rhythm, orbiting around Apollo before slowly sinking into his chest like a star melting into the horizon.

In that moment, Apollo felt it.

The breath of the Tower itself now pulsed faintly inside him.

The spirit’s presence was dormant, calm—but potent. It was like holding a sleeping dragon within his soul, one that would awaken when the skies themselves tried to fall upon him.

"...A projection of the Tower," Apollo murmured, his voice low, but it was more confident.

The very Tower that had tested countless generations, that had rejected kings, gods, and ancient monsters—was now connected to him. Even if it was just a projection, it was enough to make even the most arrogant Eternal God pause before daring to face it.

Apollo stood quietly for a moment, the windless void whispering faint echoes of power. His aura was no longer just that of a Void God. With his comprehension of Destruction, Eternal Sword, and now Time—he was many times more mysterious and stronger.

With that, he was instantly transported outside. But the moment he came out, the entire city was in turmoil because of his performance.

The golden list above the tower flared with divine brilliance, brighter than ever before. Apollo’s name shimmered at the very top of the ancient list that even the oldest immortals dared not gaze at for too long.

Crowds from the three universes—Void Ganges —gathered, whispering, gasping, and shouting.

In the Sky Tower pavilion, Kael stood frozen, gripping the railing with trembling hands. "He really... did it. He’s not human.

Across distant thrones in far-off galaxies, hidden monsters awakened. Ancient ones who had slept for tens of thousands of years stirred as the golden list shook the fabric of reality. Those who had once set foot in the Tower but failed long ago... their eyes opened.

And Apollo?

He stood calmly, dusting off his sleeves as if nothing had happened. Though his clothes were slightly tattered, his presence was taller than the sky, his aura almost transparent, calm and terrifying. No arrogance. Just truth.

There were numerous people every moment, so when he came out, others didn’t notice that the super monster who cleared all the floors of the Tower of Epoch was standing right in front of them.

Only the people from Sky Tower know the truth, and they weren’t idiots to say it loud.

Kael quickly came running out, and the few other Sky Tower members who were out before him also came running with enthusiasm, as they knew the person standing in front of them wasn’t someone to mess with.

They even felt proud knowing something this legendary and can brag about this until their death.

"Lord." They all quickly greeted him, as they have extra respect for him. Especially the guys from the Sky Tower who doubted his strength and why he was chosen as leader.

They didn’t kneel.

But the way they stood said everything.

Respect. Loyalty. Fear. And pride.

Apollo merely gave a faint nod.

He looked up for a moment—gazing at the golden list above, which was still flickering. After this, he started to look at the other names, as anybody who can clear the first three floors can be called a super genius.

Dozens of names danced in bright light, their ranks shifting slowly with each passing breath. Yet none could outshine the first.

Void God List

1st – Apollo (Sky Tower) – Nine Floors

The name didn’t just flicker—it burnt, as if it carried weight heavier than history itself.

Apollo narrowed his eyes slightly, scanning the list that reached into the heavens. His gaze landed on the second and third ranks.

2nd – Arvain (Hall of Hell) – Cleared Fifth Floor

3rd – Yurei (Dawn Sect) – Cleared Fourth Floor

And further down...

11th – Veyra (Crimson Bell Pavilion) – Cleared Third Floor

22nd – Lucan (Ashborn Dynasty) – Cleared Second Floor

Each of them was terrifying in their own right. Top of the few, except him, have the strength of the half-step eternal god realm to achieve this result. Having such strength in the Void God realm is really terrifying.

Although there was nothing in front of him, they were still worth meeting, as he wanted to know what was special about them.

Behind him, Kael stepped forward, slightly lowering his voice. "Lord, the capital is in chaos. Every major faction is already moving... either to win your favour—or to find ways to block your rise. Although Lord’s identity can be hidden currently, it is just a matter of time before others find out."

Apollo didn’t answer right away. His eyes remained fixed on the golden list—shimmering with names that once stood tall and proud, now utterly dwarfed beneath the brilliance of his own.

A quiet breeze drifted by, impossible in the stillness of the Tower’s surroundings, but it stirred the hem of his cloak as if the heavens themselves acknowledged his presence.

"Let them come," he finally said, voice low but resolute. "Let them try."

That wasn’t arrogance. That was certainty. He himself wasn’t weak, not to mention he has the protection of the Epoch tower.
