"Obviously. I don’t want anyone else stealing my credit. That human prodigy’s head is mine," the Devil said, his eyes locked onto Renshu Chang with a confident, murderous intent.

Amalia and Kenny Lin were completely ignored.

The disciples of the Green Lotus Sect were stunned.

These Devils were dividing up their kills right in front of them.

And not only that, even Amalia and Kenny Lin, were also overlooked.

"Why aren’t you leaving? Are you waiting to celebrate the New Year here?" Kenny Lin, playing the drama king, put on a sorrowful expression and urged them to run.

The junior master uncle made it sound like they really couldn’t escape.

The Devils were indeed powerful and numerous.

Maybe last time, the junior master uncle only managed to kill those Devils because he caught them by surprise?

When Renshu Chang saw the Devils lowering their guard, he suddenly had a flash of insight.

Could it be that the junior master uncle was trying to lull them into a false sense of security?

Watching Kenny Lin’s dramatic performance, Renshu Chang began to believe this was the only explanation for his sudden change in behavior.

Moralik watched the humans with their faces full of despair like they were teetering on the edge of a cliff.

His hands started to tremble slightly with excitement.

The Devils were thrilled, and Moralik shouted out loud.

"Alright, everyone, let the game begin!"

Standing on either side of Kenny Lin, the drama king, were Amalia and Vincent Tan.

Kenny Lin glanced at Amalia, who had a cold and stern expression and decisively reached out his hand to push Vincent Tan, who was on his left.

Vincent Tan was utterly confused by the push.

"I said, none of you are getting away! First, take care of the one who injured Baar!" Moralik’s malicious gaze fell on Amalia.

Amalia’s earlier strike had injured Baar, and her displayed strength had caught their attention.

In order to avoid any unexpected things happening and ensure their "game" wasn’t spoiled, Moralik decided to deal with Amalia first.

"I’ll handle her," said the arrogant devil, stepping forward.

He carried a scythe with a handle bent at a ninety-degree angle from the blade.

The scythe was stained with bits of flesh and blood, it was the remnants from the last human cultivator he had killed.

The devil reeked of blood, having slain countless human cultivators.

One of the devils whistled and said, "Velgar is stepping in. This human cultivator is done for."

"Not just done for—she’s dead for sure. Velgar is known as the ’Skinner Devil.’ Every human cultivator who dies by his hand gets skinned alive," another devil laughed, eagerly waiting to see a look of fear on Amalia’s face.

But to their disappointment, Amalia didn’t even blink, let alone show any fear.

The devils were disappointed when they didn’t get the reaction they expected and began to grumble, "Looks like we’ve got another foolish human here. Velgar, don’t kill her too quickly this time. We want to savor the look of terror on her face as she realizes she’s about to die. It’ll be quite a show."
