Everyone raised their eyes to look as more than a dozen identical black Bentleys drove neatly down the road from the south, intermittently visible amongst the trees lining the street, and getting closer.

In no time, these dozen cars gradually came fully into view, orderly heading towards the Qiao family’s gate, the spacing between each barely differing, almost identical.

Qiao Yin couldn’t help but stop in her tracks, staring at the luxury cars before her, losing herself in the moment.

Could these people really be here to pick up Qiao Mo?

Old Mrs. Qiao and her group also heard the commotion, raising their heads to look as well.

A dozen seconds later, the lead Bentley stopped in front of the Qiao family’s gate, with the dozen cars behind it coming to a steady halt in succession.

Once the cars stopped, a driver from the first car quickly got out, respectfully opened the rear door.

Everyone held their breath and watched intently.

A few seconds later, a pair of exquisite dark brown leather shoes hit the ground first, followed by an elderly man around sixty years old stepping out.

The elderly man’s suit was perfectly pressed, without a hint of stoop, his gray-white hair meticulously groomed, and his heavily wrinkled face exuded an intimidating aura of authority and sharpness.

Once the elderly man stood still, his murky gaze swept across the Qiao family members as he spoke in a deep voice, "May I ask who is Miss Qiao?"

Everyone froze, Qiao Yin and Qiao Mo simultaneously looked towards the suddenly appearing elderly man, both having no recollection of him.

Meanwhile, Old Mrs. Qiao’s eyes lit up, she looked at Qiao Yin and said, "Yinyin, is Mr. Qian sending someone to pick us up?"

Qiao Yin paused for a moment, then joy thrilled in her heart, "That’s me."

Upon hearing, Qiao Mo lowered her gaze. She knew Mr. Qian is Qiao Yin’s recent boyfriend.

Since the Qiao family now only had a small car which couldn’t fit so many people, coupled with quite a few things that needed moving, and hiring a moving company was too costly, Qiao Yin had Mr. Qian come to pick them up, saving a lot of trouble indeed.

The elderly man’s gaze fell on Qiao Yin, nodding slightly, "The young master heard that today the Qiao family was being seized by the court, fearing Miss Qiao would not be accustomed to the new residence, he instructed me to take Miss Qiao to Nanshan Villa for a short stay."

Qiao Yin paused, then couldn’t help but turn to look at the low-profile yet grand black Bentleys, a trace of ecstasy flashed in her eyes, "Really?"

"Indeed."

Auntie’s eyes also shone, "Ah, I didn’t expect Mr. Qian to be so wealthy! Just to pick someone up he brought so many cars, just look at the grandeur! Look at the pomp!"

A glint of pride flashed in Qiao Yin’s eyes, yet she feigned indifference, "Probably Zihao worried we had too much stuff, so thoughtfully called a few more cars."

Old Mrs. Qiao’s aged face finally broke into a smile, "Yinyin, I knew it, I knew it! If the Qiao family wants to prosper, we have to rely on you, unlike some people! Ungrateful wretches!"

As she spoke, Old Mrs. Qiao’s gaze fell on Qiao Mo standing nearby.

"Yinyin, isn’t Nanshan Villa a place money can’t buy? You must take all of us with you!" Uncle couldn’t help but speak up.

Qiao Yin curled her lips into a smile, turning to look at Qiao Mo standing aside, an inexplicable sense of pride in her eyes.

Qiao Mo, however, had no time to pay her any mind; she simply felt an icy gaze upon her, making her feel uncomfortable all over.

She instinctively glanced towards the direction of the cars, furrowed her brows slightly, but remained silent.
