Chapter 91: Chapter 91 Licking Each Other’s Wounds
The cold stove, Lu Jing’s hands were tied behind his back, and he was forced to sit on the edge.
"Jiang Ye!"
"Hmm?"
"Let go, people outside can see."
The kitchen window was open, and since it was only the third floor, anyone paying attention could see inside.
This scoundrel really thinks about that "thing" anytime and anywhere, not even considering where we are?
The man chuckled, then directly lifted her off the stove.
Lu Jing had just breathed a sigh of relief, but the next second, she was pressed against the wall next to her.
"Don’t worry, I guarantee you can’t be seen from this angle!"
So?
"Jiang Ye, enough is enough!"
So what if they can’t be seen?
Did I ever agree?
Ugh!
The man lowered his head, his lips almost touching the spot behind her ear:
"Not enough, you haven’t told me when you’ll have a daughter for me?"
Ugh!
Lu Jing was speechless and bit her lip:
"Give up, I will not have children with you!"
Her tone was cold and resolute.
"Why?"
Lu Jing’s fingers tightened, clenched into a fist:
"Jiang Ye, where do you get the confidence to think that I can forget the past people and events?"
I’ve never gotten over it, okay?
Every time I think about that child, my heart feels like it’s being stabbed with a thousand needles.
And there’s a deep guilt for that child.
Jiang Ye tightened his hold on her waist, his voice deep:
"I know, I haven’t forgotten, Lu’er, it hurts me too."
How could it not hurt?
When he first found out about the child, he was so excited and thrilled!
Of course, there was overwhelming happiness and pride.
Back then, he really wanted to tell the whole world that he was going to be a dad!
But, as happy as he was then... later....
It’s just that a man can’t cry like a woman and freely vent his feelings.
A lot of things, no matter how heartbreaking they are, you have to forcibly hold them in.
"Lu’er..."
"Shut up, I don’t want to talk to you right now."
"Okay, as you wish."
Both of them felt somewhat powerless, their hearts aching unbearably.
They didn’t say anything more, just leaned against each other.
Hurting each other, then soothing each other’s wounds, seeking solace together.
After an unknown duration, a small figure appeared at the kitchen doorway:
"Are you guys hugging?"
Ugh!
Instantly, their embraced bodies separated.
Lu Jing quickly wiped the moisture from the corner of her eye and squatted down, trying to force a smile:
"Yaoyao, what’s up?" she asked.
Little Yaoyao looked carefully a few times:
"Mommy Lu, you cried!" she stated confidently.
Lu Jing quickly wiped her face:
"No, Mommy didn’t cry, it’s just the smoke."
Children are quite easy to trick:
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Okay then, Mommy Lu, can we go back now?"
The little kid found the place too unfamiliar, having stayed from the morning till now was already quite something.
Lu Jing nodded:
"Alright, we’ll go back now."
She then stood up.
However, she was held back by the man:
"You’re not really dressed to go out, I’ll take her."
Huh?
Lu Jing looked down at herself, realizing it was indeed a bit inconvenient.
She was only wearing a man’s shirt, which could easily reveal too much.
So, Lu Jing didn’t refuse:
"Then please take her back to school."
The man nodded:
"Alright!"
Soon, the two left the house.
After getting into the car, Jiang Ye looked at the little one in the backseat:
"Yaoyao, what’s your mommy’s phone number?" he asked.
Little Yaoyao suddenly lifted her head:
"Bad uncle, why are you asking that?"
