Luo Cheng wasn’t an official from the headquarters, so he was always arrogant in his social dealings. As long as there was no one of a higher rank than him, he would act however he pleased.

He often threatened female soldiers to have meals with him or took liberties with them. This happened quite often, but his actions were always just enough not to go too far. As a result, everyone was angry but powerless against him.

Gu Xiaoxi tilted her head to size up Luo Cheng. He was average-looking; there were plenty of better-looking men in the army. At this moment, he stood blocking her way with a very arrogant expression.
