Gong Shaoxun said without politeness, “Xiaoyu, I’m thirsty, could you get me a glass of water?”

“Sure!” Jian Yufei immediately poured him a glass of warm water.

After taking a drink, Gong Shaoxun asked her, “Were you frightened?”

“No,” Jian Yufei shook her head, also feeling sorry, “I’m sorry for causing you to get hurt.”
