Fairy Tail: I Don't Want to Be the Guild Master

Was fun and interesting but dear lord does the 'high school' romance with Mirajane is overstaying its welcome its 90% of the story now

Simply a hidden gem. It's totally worth it, the plot, the character development (both the protagonist and the other characters), the story development, the battle scenes and the daily life, everything is just so well done. Usually, fanfics are more like temporary fan imaginings, few get to the point of actually becoming a real world separate from the original story and of quality that grabs your attention. This one, however, is certainly at the top. I love following the character development and how the author used the world of Fairy Tail without forcing harem or powers that were completely unreasonable for that world, the protagonist's magic may be unique, but it is still suitable for the world of Fairy Tail, being on par with the forgotten magics and needing a lot of work to really improve. The protagonist has talent, but is always training. This is worth your time.
