"Alright! This armor is just right for me! And another axe is never unwelcomed!" Miranda roared, taking upon a mix between her Chaos Dragon Form and her Demonic Spirit Form, combined further with her armor and the new axe born from it, which she used to cleave and tear apart her foes, opening the way for Drake to push forward with Benladann, thunderous explosions of chaos erupted, as her tentacles made of Miasmic Mold helped her take down many more foes, and her gluttonous jaws devoured any other Yokai, as she started to taste these specters, beginning to realize what their origin could be while absorbing their powers.

Benladra, Kate, Hector, and Andromeda didn't join the battle, staying behind with Charlotte to defend and protect Yuki from the Darkness trying to possess her body and soul, she was doing fine, and with their new armor empowering them, the formation had been powered up as well, almost helping Yuki regain some of her consciousness.

"Ugh…! Aaahh…!" she was gasping for air, without knowing what was going on, and yet the darkness kept pursuing her, deep down within her psyche, she could see her.

Those two empty crimson eyes staring at her…

But that alone wouldn't bring her back, Yuki knew already that who Amaterasu once was… was gone.

As Miranda devoured Yokai and learned their origins, Yuki also learned the origins of this darkness, and so did Drake, as his Gluttony manifested as he chased the Sorceress, beginning to devour and tear apart foes to move faster.

"{Great Divinity: Heaven-Devouring Demonic Gluttony}!"

Using his Great Divinity, Drake unleashed giant maws of red and black ice, which tore apart his foes while also freezing them and shattering them into countless pieces… Devouring these specters felt almost like nothing, they had no Essence of Heaven and Earth but pure Cursed Power, the second source of energy that the fighters of Zipangu used to grow stronger through embedding literal curses into their bodies.

His body was simply turning these specters into little energy, but if he wanted to truly assimilate it, he would have to let his body absorb the Cursed Power fully and make it his own, and while he did just that, strange waves of information started reaching his mind, filling him with words he couldn't truly understand well, distant images and visions he couldn't comprehend either.

"What's this?! A woman? The origin of these cursed specters is a blonde woman…? What?"

He couldn't understand quite well, but the deeper he dug through this information, the more malevolent this origin became, corrupted and decayed, this beautiful woman he saw on his visions turned into a dry, mummy-like monstrosity with empty eyes, constantly glowing with bright red light, her once bright kimono now torn apart, covered by black mud and nastiness, her hair having turned gray and ugly, her body was rotting, and yet she was denied eternal rest.

"What in the world?! You…! What is the origin of your powers?!"

"Why would that information be of any use for you, lizard? You're dying soon either way!"

The sorceress roared, her cursed claws holding upon several katanas, swinging them against Drake at the same time… Drake responded with his Aura exploding with power, white light erupting and freezing all the incoming attacks, the katanas stopped, frozen in time itself.

"Don't underestimate me… Can a "lizard" do this?!"

RUMBLE!

His body pierced through the sky, reaching the sorceress, as she panicked, forming countless more arms, trying to keep him away. Space distorted and the void leaked from the dimensional cracks she wielded, pushing him back.

However, his weapons glowed with divine light, his aura exploding with surging power, as Drake unleashed one of his Archetype's Skills.

"{Draconian Ascent}!"

His Aura merged with his Soul and his Archetype roared, pointing its spear forward at the same time as he pointed his own spear, spinning in midair as he ascended into the heavens with a single leap, a draconic roar erupting from his power alone as an explosion of blinding silver light engulfed the sorceress.

BOOOMMM!!!

"W-WHAT…! WHAT IS THIS?!"

She gasped in disbelief, the attack piercing through mostly all her defenses, her barriers shattering and her specters dying by the tens of millions, Drake appeared above her, as she noticed something, her left arm was missing… it was gone, as her wound bleed, agonizing pain reached her nerves, making her scream in agony.

"MY ARM?! AAAAIIIIEEEHHH!"

She screamed, crying tears of agony, it was clear that the evil sorceress had never fought a close combat fight in her entire damned life, she was immensely inexperienced at it, and allowed Drake to easily take one of her arms.

"I failed, next time I'll be taking your life!"

The woman screamed, the specters reaching her wound and licking her blood, and then fusing with her body, as they replaced her arm with a new, monstrous arm filled with crimson eyes and sharp claws.

"SILENCE! I WON'T DIE UNTIL I AVENGE HIM! I WON'T! I WILL NOT DIEEEEE!"

She screamed, her tears turning into blood as a third eye appeared in her forehead, her Cursed Marks appeared all across her body, of purple and red color, manifesting her Sorcery and boosting the powers that Oda Nobunaga had gifted to her even further.

Her gigantic claw clashed against Drake's weapons, explosions of light and darkness erupting with each consecutive blow, Drake was having the advantage, rapidly pushing his attacks against her and beginning to dish out more damage, slashing blows appearing through not only her Cursed Arm but the rest of her body.

"G-GET AWAY FROM MEEEEEE!"

As she screamed, Drake saw the dimensional tears she controlled trembling, as the head of a monstrous thing appeared, screaming at him, a deafening sound sending him flying away as he felt the cursed powers devouring his own energy.

"What the…?! So she has this much power because of that Entity in that Dimension…! I have to end this, and quickly!"
