If the image presented ended up being based on the description by the Mayor of Lyon City, they still had to find someone who could match the aura of the "Warm-hearted citizen".

"A male aged between 20-40, most importantly, one capable of impersonating both righteousness and evil."

As a new member of the propaganda department, Zhuang Chi had to prove that she wasn’t just there to laze around. Indeed, that was one of the reasons she wanted to be transferred to Song Lan’s department, but she was able to discern the current situation.
