Yolanda was about to speak, but Rosemary rushed up and gave her a stern slap.

"Rosemary!" Zachary didn’t expect that Rosemary would dare to slap Yolanda in front of so many people.

He was both shocked and a bit pissed off.

He figured Rosemary must be green with envy.

Envious that he chose Yolanda over her, envious that he was shopping with Yolanda instead of her.

Envious that he had always been pursuing her, but then suddenly went radio silent.

Yolanda was almost mad with anger at the slap, her cheek swollen and her hair disheveled.

A salesperson who happened to pass by quickly asked, "What happened?"

"I remember Ms. Harris doesn’t seem to have the right to purchase LY brand products?" Rosemary suddenly said.

Once these words came out, everyone was stunned, even the salesperson was dumbfounded. Was Ms. Harris blacklisted by the LY brand? If it was true, why would she still dare to come here?

"It’s you." Yolanda realized, she guessed it. LY wouldn’t blacklist her for no reason, it must be Rosemary who pulled some strings.

Otherwise, how could LY possibly make things hard for a small customer like her?

"This Ms. Harris behaved improperly, LY has blacklisted her. You can check if you don’t believe me."

When the manager heard this, he hurriedly said, "I’m sorry, miss, please take off the dress and give it back to us."

"What blacklist? What the hell are you talking about?" Zachary got furious.

In front of everyone, his fiancée was asked to take off the dress, this was humiliating.

He defended angrily, "My fiancée has always been a loyal fan of LY. You just took this woman’s words for it? I’m telling you, I’m definitely buying this dress today."

The manager respectfully said, "I’m sorry, sir, blacklisted customers can’t purchase our products, I hope you understand."

"Who did you say is a blacklisted customer?"

"The lady standing right here."

Zachary didn’t expect that the manager would take Rosemary’s words so seriously, "Do you have any proof? You just believe whatever she says? If she says I’ma blacklisted customer, would you believe

it?"

"Yes." The manager said word by word with a firm tone, "We believe everything she says."

This was the first time Zachary had encountered such a situation, but he couldn’t do anything about the staff. This was someone else’s shop, the customers who came here were all elites, he couldn’t let this become a laughingstock, otherwise, the dignity of the Panter family would be totally lost.

No matter what, he had to get justice for this.

Zachary sneered, "Then tell me, how did my fiancée become a blacklisted customer?"

The manager had no choice but to look at Rosemary.

"Zachary, let it go, I will just take off the dress." Yolanda was afraid that Rosemary would reveal the truth,with tears in her eyes, she was about to leave.

But Zachary was determined to stand up for her today. He held her hand tightly and didn’t let her leave.

Rosemary slightly lifted the corner of her mouth and sneered, "Didn’t your fiancée tell you? At the last award ceremony, she was wearing a LY outfit, but was found to have plagiarized Melody’s music. LY

thought she tarnished the brand’s image, so they blacklisted her. If you don’t believe me, you can ask her."

Once these words came out, everyone was shocked.

Melody was a badass piano master, she even dared to plagiarize Melody’s music?

Zachary was stunned, staring wide-eyed at Yolanda, "Yoli, is what she’s saying true?"

"Zachary, you don’t need to ask anymore. If you all believe her, then let me prove it to you." Yolanda looked especially sad as her eyes glistened with tears as she spoke.

For a moment, Zachary felt that he had gone too far, that he had been misled by Rosemary into believing her lies.

Yoli was his fiancée, she had given him the most precious thing and he not only failed to protect her,

but also doubted her along with this stranger.

With that in mind, he took Yolanda’s hand, stating decisively, "No need for proof. You say she’s blacklisted, show me the evidence. If not, I’ll complain to LY’s headquarters and let your founders see

how you employees are tarnishing LY’s reputation, and how you’re treating key customers."

The manager found this amusing, did these two young people not know that LY’s founder was right in front of them?

Well, she had been the manager since LY started, and had been lucky enough to meet Queen Abby a few times.

These two were clearly not high society folks, it was normal they hadn’t met their founder.

"You want evidence, I’ll give you evidence." The manager lifted her gaze, calmly asking, "What’s the lady’s full name? I’ll check."

Every store could log in to their internal system to check user’s rankings and statuses.

"Let it go, Zachary, let’s go." Yolanda tugged at Zachary’s hand, getting a bit desperate, "Haven’t we embarrassed ourselves enough? Even if they find out I’m not blacklisted, with their attitude, I can’t possibly buy their clothes anymore."

Zachary felt a pang of guilt, realizing he had overlooked her feelings. Just as they were about to leave, Rosemary spoke up coldly, "Her full name is Yolanda."

"Right, I’ll check now." The manager seemed very respectful to Rosemary.

Yolanda shot Rosemary a furious look, what was her deal? Daring to insult her like this?!

As angry as she was, she was also a bit anxious, she whispered pleadingly, "Zachary, please."

Yolanda was a bit surprised, did LY only cancel her user status and didn’t blacklist her?

With that thought, she looked relieved.

"You’re not going to apologize?" Zachary immediately took out his phone and dialed LY’s customer service number, "Your LY counter at Dawn Department Store has a salesperson who insulted a customer and refused to apologize. I hope you can send a senior leader to handle this, or else, I’ll

expose this to the media and let everyone see LY’s terrible service."

After hanging up, Zachary dialed the mall’s official number, "Please call your manager, see how LY, a high–end brand in your mall, treats its customers."

If LY couldn’t provide good service, they might be removed from the mall’s cooperation list.
