“You don’t have to do anything. Just wait in the dining room.” Bai Jingqing enjoyed doing things for her.

“I can at least get the chopsticks and spoons.” Bai Qianqian said, smelling the savory aroma coming from the steamer. He appeared to be making steamed egg custard.

Bai Qianqian got the chopsticks and spoons, left the kitchen, and went to the dining room. She sat in the dining room, watching Bai Jingqing bustling about in the kitchen for the first time.

Ever since she moved in, Bai Jingqing cooked all the meals. The smell of the kitchen always made her feel nauseous, so her only responsibility was to eat.
