Chapter 86: Bad CEO

"Yes .. chop...chop...chop hurry up!" She said with an impatient tone. She’s fully aware that this new soldier must think she is weak. She wanted to laugh, but she holds it.

The big soldier laughed. He thought this little girl was dreaming. But, he will entertain her. He immediately went up to the Arena.

"Are you ready?" Mel asks and her aura turned cold.

The man smirks.

Anton shouted from outside the Arena... "Start!"

The big soldier immediately threw his big fist fast towards Mel.

Mel stays. Still. She doesn’t move an inch. Her eyes were sharp looking at the big soldier in front of her.

As the big soldier fist nearly touched her face, she grinned, and with lightning speed, she held his hand and kicked hard in the stomach. Instantly the big soldier flew out of the Arena. He fell on his knees on the mat, holding his stomach with both hands.

Immediately the room that was previously silent became crowded. Other soldiers were confused to see their comrade collapsed, and they didn’t even know the girl move.

"What the fuck!!!"

"Look, the little girl is still standing in the middle of the Arena. She looks very relaxed."

"When did the girl move? I didn’t see it at all."

"Damn it! She moves so fast!"

"How could he fall on the floor when the girl hadn’t attacked yet?"

"WHAT? Am I dreaming?"

When all new soldiers were confused, Anton went up to the Arena.

He gives Mel two thumbs-ups with a big smile and said, "Nice move Mel!" his tone sounded proud. "You’re still fast, huh! But, unfortunately, your power is still not strong." Anton pointed to the new soldier that Mel just kicked. He adds, "See... he wakes up immediately."

Mel "..."

"His body is huge, and earlier, he was groaning in pain!!" She wanted to reply to Anton like that, but she held back and ignored him.

She walked toward the big soldier then said with her delicate voice, "Brother, so sorry if I kicked you too hard." Mel grinned at the soldiers who were still surrounded by his friends.

The big soldier just smiled, but he was humiliated after being defeated by a little girl with just one move.

"Guys... today’s lesson. Never underestimate your opponents. Always alert the opponent who comes before you. Even if he is a child or a woman. Understood?" said Anton aloud.

"Yes, sir!" they answered in unison.

Anton and Mel left the Arena, but they had not gone far, the big soldier came after them...

"Miss... may I know your name?" he asked with a serious face.

Mel looked at Anton as if asking for his opinion. Anton nodded.

"Call me Mel."

"May I know what team Ms. Mel is on?" His question seemed to represent all the new soldiers who were currently standing around them. They want to know which team this girl is from.

"Team One," Mel answered with a smile and left them who was frozen in place in shock. They didn’t believe they could meet a member of team one who was notorious and became the top TEAM in Xteam.

After 4 hours of non-stop training, today’s exercise is over.

With heavy steps, Mel left Anton, returned to her studio apartment in the barracks to clean her body.

They agreed to meet at the cafeteria in 30 minutes before Anton took Mel back to the city.

At the studio apartment,

Mel, look around the room, which is still the same as the last time she was here. All clothes and equipment are still neatly arranged, and the room is clean. It seems there are people in charge of cleaning it regularly.

Mel, hear her cell phone vibrate. Her grey eyes shine bright the moment she sees Andrew’s name appear on the screen.

"Morning, My Little girl..." his voice sounded addicted.

"Morning, Andrew," said Mel happily.

"What are you doing now?"

"I was just about to take a shower."

"Mel...!" His voice sounds deep. Mel was stunned. She hears Andrew continue... "Please don’t tease me!"

"Huh... What do you mean?" For a moment, she was confused, but before long, she tapped her forehead. He must be thinking about naughty things!!

"Andrew, stop your dirty mind!" She said with a threatening tone, but in Andrew’s ear, it sounded so flirty.

"Little girl... I wish, but I can’t. I want to be there, to keep you company." He whispered.

Mel laughed. "Where are you?" asked Mel, distracting his dirty mind.

"In the office."

"Mr. CEO, are you flirting with a little girl during working hours? Gosh! You’re really a bad CEO!" Mel teased him.

Andrew chuckled. "I miss you..."

"Hmm... I miss you too!"

Hearing Mel says she also missed him, Andrew groaned. Then he whispered, "Mel, Let’s meet now. I really want to see you."

"Andrew..." Mel called softly. "At noon, you have to pick me up on time, OK. I can’t wait to meet you too."

"Mmm..."

"OK, I have to go now."

"Bye, My little girl. Can’t wait to see you."

"Me too, bye Andrew..." Mel said, then hung up the phone.

She immediately went to the bathroom to take a shower. A few moments later, she called Anton, informing him that she was finished.

After they have breakfast, they go back to the city. Mel has a meeting with Hiro and Aunty Bella at the office.

"Mel, when will you arrive at the office?" He worries because Mel told him she has to arrive at the office soon. After all, she has an important meeting.

"In 45 minutes! Can you do it?" She glanced at him.

"Yes, Mam!" He said, and then he hit the gas deeply, the car moving fast.

Mel yawned several times last night, she only slept 2 hours, and upon arrival at headquarters, she immediately did the training. Now, her body began to feel sore and tired.

She hears Anton tell her to sleep. She only nodded immediately and closed her eyes. She quickly fell asleep.

Not long after, She heard Anton calling out her name ...

"Huh! We have arrived..." Mel rubbed her eyes and saw the car stopped right in front of her office.

"Anton, your driving skills are getting better." Mel smiled at Anton.

Anton grinned... "See you tomorrow Mel!"
