Her mind runs wild, thinking something that she shouldn’t think of, especially when the dangerous man is right beside her.

"Why are you shy?" He teases her, he adds... "What are you thinking?"

Mel ignores him.

"Andrew... just go." She said while pushing him towards the elevator. "I will wait for you here. Go settle your work. Don’t mind me."

Andrew laughed, seeing his little girl’s face turned red again. If he had to choose, he would prefer to stay with her. It feels like too lazy to go to meetings, but she was right. He must go to the office because the company’s directors are waiting for him in the meeting room.

He walked towards the elevator while, with one hand, he hugged Mel’s shoulder. The moment they arrived in front of the elevator, he gave her a long and tight hug before he finally left her.

After Andrew left, Mel’s legs turned weak. She almost fell. That dangerous man is constantly testing Mel’s desire to throw herself into his embrace.

She chuckled slightly, then explored Andrew’s house.

She finds out, this house is so huge. There are 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 beautiful kitchen, 1 dining area, a study room, and a library. She also sees a wine room, a small private lounge, movie theater, fitness room, outdoor garden with pool, and playroom. In the playroom, she can see a billiard table, a game center, and a bar. Looks like this playroom he uses to entertain his friends.

Of all the places Mel really likes outdoor gardens, this place is like heaven. The beautiful garden is completed with an infinity pool. The pool makes her want to swim, and at the same time, she can see the city of J from the highest floor in this city.

The outdoor garden on the 45th floor was really relaxing. Mel didn’t hear the sound of the vehicles below. The ambiance makes her want to spend her day in this place.

And, now the temperature is ok, not too cold because the sun is still shining brightly. Mel lay down on the soft sofa at the corner near the infinity pool, then resting her eyes. Feel so comfortable because she can’t hear anything, very calm...

She lay down for a few minutes.

After a while, she talked to Max, her AI Assistant.

"Max, I really like Andrew so much." She smiled... "My mind fills with him... I can’t clearly think if I stay near him. What should I do, Max?"

Instantly Max’s voice sounded throughout the speaker in the garden.

"Boss, sorry you didn’t put ’In Love Mode’ in my system. So I don’t know how it feels. But... I will find out what you need to know on the Internet. In a moment, Boss, I will find it quickly."

Mel slowly opened her eyes and raised her beautiful eyebrow.

"Max? Why did you hack this house system? Get out of the system immediately and never access anything in Andrew’s house again!"

She never wanted Max to hack her family and loved ones.

Max’s voice came from the ear pods that she was using... "Sorry, Boss. Do you still need information about how to ’Liking Men’?" Max asked.

"NO! Go trace ’Ghost.’ That’s your priority now. Don’t mind me." She said with her sulking tone, then closed her eyes again.

If Max is an actual person, maybe now he already has a mental breakdown. His Boss really has mood swing behavior. Now, Max can understand what Mr. Hiro feels.

The tranquility of the place made Mel fall asleep on the sofa.

Mel woke up.

Slowly she opened her eyelids and saw the white ceiling above. She was a little bit stunned because this is an unfamiliar place. She slowly woke up and found herself sleeping on the massive bed in the master bedroom, Andrew’s room.

’Gosh! How did I sleep here? Thought I was sleeping on the sofa outside?’ She was confused. ’Did someone move me? Andrew...?’

"Are you awake?" Andrew asks with his charming deep voice. He is now sitting on the sofa while working on his laptop.

Mel turns her gaze when she hears Andrew’s voice... she saw him staring at her with his warm and big smile "A-Andrew...? How could I..." Mel stammered.

"Earlier, when I came back from the meeting, I saw you were sleeping on the sofa in the garden. You looked cold, so I carried you here," Andrew said while placing his laptop on the coffee table then walked over to her. He sat on the edge of the bed. "Why do you sleep there? I told you earlier you should use my room if you want to take a nap."

Mel’s body stiffened when she realized she was on Andrew’s bed, and now they were sitting so close. Her heart started to beat fast.

Andrew added, "Are you hungry?" he glanced at his watch "it’s already 7 pm."

"Hhm... I’m hungry. " She said and immediately got out of bed. "A-Andrew, can I borrow your bathroom? I need to clean myself."

Andrew nods. "Go! You can take a shower." He pauses to look at his little girl’s reaction. Her cheek is slightly pink now. Andrew smiled, then added, "Earlier, I prepared a clean dress for you. You can change your clothes, then come outside. We will have dinner after you finish." He said, then leaving Mel, who was frozen in her place.

Now her mind is running wild with her own imagination.

Just now, she just wanted to look at her face in the mirror. Because she didn’t want Andrew to see her messy hair and face. She always wants to be beautiful in front of her man.

’Damn, Andrew!! You really are a dangerous man indeed.’

With limp legs, she dragged her feet into the bathroom. And when she stepped into the spacious, luxurious bathroom, it doesn’t look like a bathroom. The room has a grey settee and a TV inside here. Instantly Andrew’s signature fragrance greeted her. She was really addicted to this scent.

Her heart was pounding wildly again.

She undresses and takes a cold shower without thinking about anything else because her body instantly turns so hot. She needs to take a cold shower. She can’t hold it. She cursed her fragile heart because so weak in front of a dangerous man, Andrew.

While Mel was cooling off her body heat, Andrew prepared the ingredients for the food he’s about to cook for her. While humming, Andrew is in a terrific mood.

Tonight he decided to eat at home.

He wanted to cook a simple meal and enjoy dinner in the outdoor garden while enjoying the beautiful night view of the city of J with her.
