One Week Later.

In the past week, Mel has been spending a lot of time at the office helping Hiro and Amy before taking an extended vacation for her Wedding ceremony and her second honeymoon. This time Andrew asked her to choose a place for their honeymoon. But she hasn’t decided where to go yet.

And, for the past week, she also has had a routine; after finishing her morning in the office and lunch with her husband, she will visit her grandmother’s house and wait for her husband to pick her up at night.

While at her grandmother’s house, she worked in her PlayRoom creating some new tech, such as ’Memory Eraser Devices.’ Now the new tool is finally completed after a long time.

She has also modified her Bioweapon, a drug that can eliminate the 5 senses and muscle functions. She made a low dose version that the effect is not instant but takes time. And she, too, have found the antidote.

And her wedding ceremony is getting closer. Only six days to go. Their wedding ceremony will be held at W Mansion courtyard.

Several guests from other countries had already started arriving.

Like today, her friend from M country will come; Cassandra and Maggie.

And in the next few days, Stefan from Moscow will come. And Uncle Silayev, Stefan’s father will also come. She also hears that Lizzy will come, Lizzy adjusts her schedule to attend her wedding. And, Uncle Robert will come tomorrow. Not only that, but Brother Simon also would attend her wedding.

Mel feels blessed because all her family and friends will celebrate her special day.

Andrew also encouraged her to start light exercise to maintain her stamina. Every morning they would walk around the garden behind the Villa. Like this morning, they had been walking for a few minutes.

"Husband... sorry, I will answer this incoming call." Ask Mel suddenly when her cell phone vibrated. Andrew nodded at her and walked to the bench to wait for her to receive the phone call.

"Boss, What time are you leaving?" Anna asked. This noon Cassandra and Maggie arrive from Royal City, and they plan to pick them from the airport.

"Why? You want to go with me?"

"Yes, Boss. You know my car doesn’t have access to the private airport, right?" Anna laughs. Her Boss must have forgotten that as a princess of M Country, Maggie will fly on a private jet and land at a private airport belonging to the W group.

"You right... Well, you can come to my place with Amy, then we will go there together..." Mel said.

After talking a few things with Anna, she hung up her cell phone and immediately walked to Andrew. "Husband... can you lend me a few cars? Anna and Amy will ride with me to the airport."

"Hmm... no worries. I will provide a few cars. You will leave after lunch, right?" Ask Andrew. Mel nods. "Alright, let’s exercise again. You need some exercise, dear. That way, your body won’t get tired easily...."

They started walking again...

"Wife, where are your friends staying?"

"They will stay at the W hotel. I asked Irina to book a one-floor presidential suite for our guests from abroad. What do you think? Any other ideas?" Mel looked at him.

"No... I think that’s the best idea. Don’t forget to prepare a special car and driver for them so they can go anywhere without you bothering to pick them up. And for Simon, you don’t need to arrange anything. He’s a bit special, so I prepared a special Villa for him complete with a security team."

Mel nodded in agreement with her husband. Because Simon’s brother’s status is different from the other guests. His safety is paramount because he is the only successor of the M kingdom.

"As for your friend from Russia, when will they come?"

"Stefan will come tomorrow, I have prepared someone to pick him up, and he will be staying at the same hotel as Maggie and Cassandra. Then, for uncle Robert, my grandpa will arrange for him. I hear he will stay at Tanner Mansion. While Uncle Silayev will only come two days before the D day, he will stay at the W Hotel as well..."

Mel saw her husband nod in agreement without commenting. Then she remembered her father’s request a few days ago. She needs to tell him because this is an essential matter for them...

"Husband... did you know? The night before the ceremony, my dad and grandpa wanted me to sleep at Tanner Mansion." Mel carefully looked at his expression. "So, we’ll be apart for one night. We will meet in the morning when you come to pick me up...." She said, and she was stunned when she saw his face turn darker. He looked so annoyed.

"Why are you feeling upset? My dad said,... this is our tradition." Mel chuckled. She already guessed that her husband would disagree with this idea.

Andrew held his wife’s hand and took a deep breath before he said, "I know... But still, how could we be apart a night before our wedding? And did you forget you will turn 22 at midnight? How could I let you spend your bday without me next to you? It’s your first birthday since we have been together as a couple. It’s just doesn’t seem a good tradition to keep." He felt upset with this strange tradition.

Moreover, they are already officially husband and wife. There should be no need to do this anymore. Unless they are not officially married, then this tradition must be carried out.

In truth, he already knows about this one. Since a few days ago, his mother had told him, but he didn’t care and thought he could get away from it.
