"Gosh! I believe that beautiful woman is Ms. Melanie Tanner, right? OMG, She is such a goddess..." cries one of the journalists.

But at that time, no one paid attention to him at all. All eyes were on Andrew and Mel. Instantly a camera flash seemed to swallow them.

Irina, Hans, and several well-built men in black outfits were seen around the elevator; they were Andrew’s bodyguards.

Mel tightened her hand onto Andrew’s hand, and she felt nervous with a flash that instantly blinded her vision.

Andrew, who felt his wife’s grip tighten, immediately saw her.

"Wife, relax... I’m here." Andrew tried to calm her down.

"Hmm... I’m trying now." Mel said. But she was struggling because their blitz was quite distracting. But no one can’t ask them to stop to take her picture, right? Because this is her company exposure, she needs them too. She has to smile at them... Even though she doesn’t like it.

Mel tried to look at the media area and smiled sweetly at them. All the reporters and journalists simultaneously taking photos shouted with joy when they saw Ms. Melanie Tanner smiling at them. She was like a goddess in disguise down to earth.

"Ms. Tanner, can we get an interview with you?" Almost all the reporters said that at the same time.

However, Irina and some of Andrew’s bodyguards on standby in the media area glare at them. They are sending a signal to the journalist not to ask anything yet.

All the media fell silent. They know the rules because they were given the do’s and don’ts to join this event and were told to sign an agreement letter before coming.

In the main event, only 30 people from different media are allowed to enter. Even then, they are not allowed to bring cameras in. And interviews are not permitted to anyone, including guests. They were only given time to ask questions in the Q and A session at the end of the event. Even then, only CEO MT Group, Hiro Sumitomo will answer. All company details will be provided by written letter to all media present.

When Mel entered the waiting room, she saw almost all the guests who came were people she already knew, which made her feel more comfortable. Some people she did not recognize. It seems they are business partners who have been in contact with Hiro or her company CEO.

"Boss...you come. We will start the ceremony now." Hiro greeted her at the door. After that, she announced to the VIP guests that the ribbon-cutting event was about to begin.

They did not remain in the waiting area for too long. The VIP guests are all excited and headed for the ribbon-cutting area.

Mel decided to invite 4 old founders to cut the ribbon with her and her husband, father, and Uncle Daniel Adams.

After the ribbon-cutting event was over, they went up to the first floor above, the location of MT Group Grand Launching in the big hall.

There are only 30 reporters who can cover in this room. Because they are not allowed to bring cameras, the photos of the event in the hall will be given to them after the ceremony.

It was Mel’s first time seeing this hall after it was decorated. She was amazed by the decoration. In some spots, some booths represent their subsidiaries’ companies. In the stalls, all the guests can find all the company information.

There are also tables filled with food and drink in some spots. Several sofas for guests to sit on, and there is an exclusive lounge for VIP guests. And many professional waiters disperse throughout the room offering refreshments to guests.

Mel halted her step when her eyes caught something in front. There was a stage, and it had been decorated so beautifully. Instantly she felt nervous because she was about to go up to the stage to introduce herself for the first time as Founder of MT Group.

"Wife, let seats at the VIP area over there...." Andrew invited his nervous wife to sit down and calm herself. He could feel how tense she was.

She nods while looking around the big hall. She saw several managerial staff above MT Group who were present had blended with the invited guests. They all chatted while enjoying the food and drinks available at several spots.

When they arrived at the VIP area, Mel saw her grandfather and his friends chatting. So did some of her family, Grandma with Lilly. Her father with her uncle Liam. She smiled, looking at them, and instantly the tension that had been holding her back was gone.

Andrew and Mel sat on the empty sofa near the elders sitting. Just as Mel sat down, her grandfather immediately praised her...

"My Lovely Mel... Grandpa didn’t expect your company to be this big?" Grandpa Tanner said as he read the brochure about the MT Group in his hand.

"Yes, me too. I didn’t expect my granddaughter-in-law to have an investment company that was included in the top 10 list in country M." Old William said. He was surprised to read the info.

Grandpa Hill and Grandpa Adams also praised her to the point of making Mel’s ears feel hot from being commended for too long.

"Grandpa’s...thank you. I wouldn’t be this big without your all support. Especially W Group and Hill Group." She said sincerely.

"Don’t say that... the project with Hill isn’t that big...." Grandpa Hill said.

"Hahaha, grandpa Hill for you...yes, it’s nothing. But for MT Group, that project is huge. Grandpa Hill, Axel, helped me a lot with this project..." Mel said. Axel, who was sitting on the other sofa not far from Mel hearing the compliment. Instantly he felt happy and sent a thumbs up to Mel when their eyes met. Mel just smiled when she saw that sign.

Grandpa Hill laughed out loud in happiness. "That brat finally got some use, huh. I thought he was just having fun at the office..." He said. Making Axel’s face gloomy when he hears that.
