Just before Uncle Liam leaves her office, Irina appears and tells her that lunch is ready. She immediately went to the dining table. Mel was surprised when she saw many foods neatly arranged on the dining table.

Did Irina think she could eat five people’s portions in one meal? She’s not a pig, alright!

"Irina, eat with me...." Of course, she wasn’t going to eat all this lunch alone. She needed a friend. And after asking Irina to accompany her to lunch, she instructs Max to call Anna and Amy. She prays her two best friends have not yet gone outside for lunch.

It didn’t take long, Amy and Anna came.

"Boss... I thought you weren’t coming to the office. If we knew you would come, I would have arranged lunch at Double Six Club. We haven’t been there in a long time..." Anna said.

"At first, I didn’t intend to come here, but because I had business with my uncle, so I came," Mel said and asked them all to sit down and start eating. She felt hungry now.

They all sat and started to eat.

"Boss... how is your wedding preparation? Are you experiencing stress from taking care of all your wedding matters?" Anna is curious.

Because some of her college friends who are married are experiencing stress before the wedding day. She also reads many articles that say pressure before the wedding day sometimes makes the bride and groom experience conflict, and some even cancel the wedding.

She wanted to know if Mel had experienced anything like that. Considering that she will marry Andrew William, who comes from the country’s most prestigious and wealthiest family. She must be stressed and hectic, right?

Amy, who quietly eats beside Anna, is also curious. She lifts her head and sees Mel opposite her. She knit her brow when she saw Mel laugh. She must be stressed! Amy can guess because she now laughs.

"OMG! Do you?" Anna was surprised.

"Anna, I don’t experience stress at all." She casually said while continuing eating her lunch.

But Anna, still staring at her, made Mel pause and chuckle before saying, "I really don’t. Because I’m not involved with my marriage ceremony at all. I let my mother-in-law handle it. And for the wedding dress, Andrew takes care of it." Mel said.

Anna and Amy are dumbfounded. How could she not be involved?

"Aren’t you interested in choosing your wedding dress? Your wedding venue? Or, your wedding cake?" Anna asked in disbelief.

It wasn’t just Anna who was surprised to hear Mel, but Amy also felt the same way. Anna and Amy looked at each other. This is the first time they meet a carefree bride.

For Amy, she knows Mel is already married to Andrew but does she really not want to get involved with her wedding preparations? At least choose her own wedding dress.

"Anna has a point... Boss, you also didn’t choose your wedding dress?" Amy asks Mel.

Mel was confused by the reaction of her friends. Is there something wrong with her? Wouldn’t it be easier if someone else took care of it? For example, wedding organizers!? In her case, her mother-in-law takes care of it. Lilly sometimes asks for her opinion, but she never allows the bride to step in. So, she just tells her opinion accordingly.

"Well... Andrew showed me some wedding dress designs, and I chose them. And when I was in country M, I had a chance to fit in with the designer directly." As simple as that. She didn’t feel stressed at all. After all, when it comes to clothes, she believes in her husband’s choice. Because she has no interest in fashion. She only wears clothes that are in her wardrobe and that are comfortable. Her husband is more stylish than her.

"Wow, so you use a designer from M country? Don’t tell me... the number one designer, Mr...?" Amy’s eyes wide open when she tries to guess.

"I think so... I don’t have any ideas. You know me, right? I’ve never been interested in such things."

Amy and Anna nodded in agreement.

Mel is not a fashion lover. All this time, she buys clothes online or asks Anna to buy for her or Cassandra to make her a dress. But, how come she has been more stylist lately? And her clothes are all branded items from the latest collections. Some of her clothes are not out in the market yet, but she is already wearing them.

"Boss... tell me honestly." Anna stared at Mel with a sharp gaze.

"What?" Mel frowned. Why are these two girls still discussing this? Didn’t she explain clearly?

"Lately, your clothes have been more stylish. And you only use the top brands with their latest collections. Did you buy it yourself?" Anna narrowed her eyes.

"You’re right Anna, I’m also curious..." Amy chimed in.

Irina, who sat at the end of the table, didn’t join their talk. But she already knew, all this time, it was the Young Master who had taken care of the Young Lady’s clothes.

"Hahaha, you two are so funny. Why do you seem suspicious of me?" Mel laughed while shaking his head. Anna and Amy are more curious about her.

After laughing, Mel continued her words, "It was all bought by Andrew. He replaced all my old clothes with stuff from famous designers, and the latest edition like you said. I have absolutely no idea... I just use what’s in my closet." Mel giggled when she saw the two of them being hit by something. They two look so shocked. "Well, both of you can see the walking closet in my room if you’re curious...." She laughs.

She was never interested in fashion. If it wasn’t Andrew who bought clothes for her, she might still be wearing a hoodie and oversized shirt to the office or anywhere.

"Boss... so all your old clothes are replaced... Where is all that stuff?" She was curious. Is it thrown away? Or did she give it to people? Even though Mel’s old stuff isn’t a stylist, there’s also a lot of expensive stuff from top-notch brands bought through Anna and Cassandra.

Mel was silent. She didn’t know the answer either...
