"And, I need you to pursue grandpa as soon as possible because from what I see, he doesn’t seem too enthusiastic about treating this disease."

Mel felt her body tense.

"Brother Ryan, are you sure?" Instantly her aura turned sad.

Ryan laughed at the sister-in-law’s reaction. He quickly corrected his sentence, "Well, I just guessed. You better talk to him."

"Alright. Thanks, brother. I’ll talk to him now." She stood up from the sofa. But, before leaving, she said... "Brother Ryan, I’ll be out of town in two nights, and it seems I will be difficult to contact by phone. If there’s something significant relating to grandpa, you can call Hiro. He will help you to find me."

Ryan was confused as to what she meant. But, he just nodded, and after that, he said goodbye.

Mel went back into Grandpa’s room to pursue him to do treatment of his cancer.

"Grandpa, I heard that Grandpa must be going to country M to meet Dr. Robert?" Mel sat beside his bed.

"Dr. Ryan told you?"

"Hmm, he said grandfather didn’t want to do the treatment. Why?" Mel looked at him with a serious look... "Doesn’t grandpa want to see me get married? Don’t want to see me having kids? How can grandfather not be eager to recover?" She stopped when she realized her voice was starting to tremble as she spoke her heart out.

Slowly she turned her gaze away from Grandpa’s face. It felt like something was squeezing her chest, which suddenly felt so tight.

Grandpa was shocked to hear his granddaughter suddenly angry with him. And he started to panic when he saw her cry...

"My Lovely Mel..." He tries to speak, but his Granddaughter talks again...

"Grandpa, please live longer. I don’t want to lose the people I love again. I already accept the fact that my mother is no longer in this world. But I’m not ready to lose grandpa too. Please, you have to go to country M, see Dr. Robert. He can definitely cure you." Tears escape from her eyes. She can’t say anything else. What was on her mind had already been spoken.

"My Lovely Mel, are you done talking?"

Mel nodded.

"Who said I didn’t want to go to country M to be treated by Dr. Robert?"

Mel raises her head to see grandpa into his eyes, "Dr. Ryan said..."

Grandpa vows to scold Dr. Ryan when he comes to visit him. He never refuses. He just still wants to see his granddaughter get married before he leaves for country M.

Because he knows the treatment will not be short, but it will take a long time. He won’t be returning to country X in the next few months. That’s why he still wants to stay in this country until his granddaughter gets married.

"Dr. Ryan, I think he needs to see an ENT doctor. I never refused. I just haven’t decided when to go there yet." Seeing his granddaughter smiling, he felt relieved. "So all this time, Grandpa was delaying because you wanted to see me get married?"

"Yes. That’s why I didn’t give Dr. Ryan answers right away."

"Grandpa, don’t worry. You can go there right away. There are still 2.5 months until I get married. Even if Grandpa can’t come here, we’ll be there to meet you after we get married. Or, I could ask Dr. Robert to come with you to the wedding. I know he would love to be invited to my wedding because he treats me like his family."

"Is that possible?"

"Yes. Grandpa can go to M country, don’t think about anything else. Grandpa’s health comes first."

"Alright, as long as you promise grandpa..." His face aura turned thoughtful.

"What’s that?" Mel was a little worried.

"I want great-grandchildren. You have to promise grandpa that you won’t delay having children. Grandchildren can make me excited to fight this cancer." He smiled.

Mel was speechless.

She was so embarrassed to hear his words.

As she was about to answer, suddenly Andrew appeared in the room and answered Grandpa’s request.

"Grandpa Tanner, don’t worry, you’ll get news that she’s pregnant in the next few weeks." Mel eyes-wide-open, she quickly looked towards the door and saw her husband walking towards her.

She stood up and greeted her husband, who appeared while they were discussing child matters. Makes her very embarrassed at the moment.

"A-Andrew... H-husband, since when did you come?"

Andrew didn’t answer her. He just smiled at her and touched his wife’s head gently, and greeted Grandpa politely.

"Grandpa, allow me to bow to you as respect my Grandpa inlaw," He said, then bowed 90 degrees to Grandpa.

Grandpa, who lay on the bed, sat straight and tried to get out of bed. Mel immediately helped him.

"Good, Good..." Grandpa nodded happily, seeing his grandson-in-law pay respect to him. Then he asked them to sit on the sofa to talk.

"So, you guys have decided to have kids right away?" He asks them in his happy tone.

’Gosh! Can you guys talk about this without me?’

Mel didn’t dare to look at her grandfather. She was really embarrassed. She wasn’t used to talking about things like this when Andrew was around.

"Yes, Grandpa, I am 26 years old. I want to have children soon. I want my child to grow up while I’m still young and healthy." He laughed while tilting his head, glancing at his wife, who was currently looking down at her feet. "My wife also agrees. She wants to have children soon."

Mel "..."

"Is that true? My Lovely Mel, you have to keep your promise. I want to hold my great-grandchildren soon." Grandpa is happy to hear that.

Mel slowly raised her head, looking at Andrew with a sharp look as if she was saying with her eyes; How can you betray me? We’ve never talked about it, alright!

After sending a sharp look to Andrew, she saw grandpa and could only answer him with a smile.

She is not a god who can say she can get immediately pregnant and have children after marriage.

These two men are really too thrilled.
