This kind of complaint, Yan’s mother wouldn’t usually express in front of her youngest son.

Even when Yan Zhong was constantly creating obstacles to force his youngest son back to the Capital City, she would stand by, persuading and smoothing things over.

Yan Zhong glared at him, "You and your mother’s matters, why would I get involved? It’s none of my business. I just took care of raising you to adulthood; the rest, I couldn’t care less about!"

Yan Zhong, the father, was always one to say the opposite of what he felt, and Yan Bo was used to it.

Yan’s mother became anxious on the side, "Xiao Bo, do tell, what does this have to do with your father?"

Yan Mom just assumed that her youngest son was worried about his job, but in fact, for a family like the Yan family, finding a respectable job for their children is absolutely effortless, especially since her son is a top student.
