Yi Changxing was in high spirits, putting on a lively and exuberant appearance while interacting with the guests. However, when he saw Young Master Yan and Qin Xiu, his expression clearly changed.

Clearly, he hadn’t expected to see Young Master Yan here.

After signing his name, he turned around and nearly tripped over something. Upon closer look, he realized it was the Eldest Young Master Wang.

"Master Yan, I appreciate your making time to join us amidst your busy schedule. Would you like to have a drink over there?"

Aside from Qin Xiu, Young Master Yan had brought along two bodyguards. When it came to personal safety, he never took chances.

Young Master Yan nodded, and the two bodyguards, along with Qin Xiu, followed him into the cocktail party’s grand lobby. They went to a quiet corner, partitioned by a screen, under the guidance of the Eldest Young Master Wang.

Despite being adversaries, Young Master Yan acted with great grace.

To the outside world, it seemed as if Young Master Yan was putting on a show.

But in truth, he was not at all stingy with his praises when it came to individuals who were not genuine threats.
