Chapter 1692 1692: Four New Elders~

As the situation at the Blue Shore Kingdom was settled and a few talented juniors were put in charge of the kingdom, Gong Cheng and his three friends gathered, ready to leave together for the Star Shattering Sect.

During the time leading up to their departure, they had already learnt about the Star Shattering Sect from Xuan Hao and were starting to grow excited about their new life, though most of the excitement came from access to resources that they had to give up on after escaping to the desolate edge of the continent.

Along with this, Xuan Hao also managed to learn about these three Dao Seed Realm cultivators that he had barely interacted with back when he had visited the Blue Shore Kingdom with Yi Min in the past.

All three of them were as close as brothers and had gone through life and death together to reach and in the end establish the Blue Shore Kingdom, the oldest and most senior among them, Li Che, was not only at the Peak of the Early Stage of the Dao Seed Realm in terms of strength, but was also a Pinnacle Grandmaster Botanist, something that the Star Shattering Sect found itself severely lacking at the moment. Even more so than a blacksmith like Gong Cheng.

The other two, Ye Xinghui and Zhao Xing, were both proficient in the art of disguise and beast tamer respectively.

To be honest, when he heard that Zhao Xing was a Pinnacle Grandmaster Realm Beast Tamer, he began to seriously consider whether it was worth it, but this thought only lasted for an instance before it was erased. After all, he couldn't judge other beast tamers the same as the ones back in the sect.

Hopefully, with the addition of a senior beast tamer, the sect could potentially begin to expand the demon beasts currently under its control and possibly even create some more advanced training spaces with demon beasts for the disciples.

As his thoughts began wandering towards how great it would be for the sect when he returned with these four, he inevitably ended pulling out the main sect quest to confirm that these four had truly decided on joining the Star Shattering Sect.

Indeed, they had truly become a part of the Star Shattering Sect, just looking at the number of Dao Seed Realm Elders being so close to being fully complete really did make him happy.

Outside of that, he was also happy to see how the number of Core Formation Realm disciples had already gone up by around 30 since he had left the sect no more than a few hours ago, showing just how fast the sect's younger generation was growing.

If things continued like they were in the future, it would most likely not take longer than a few months before the Core Formation Realm disciple part of the quest was completed, with the Nascent Soul Realm part likely to follow soon after.

Feeling fully satisfied with how things were going, Xuan Hao could not help smiling to himself before turning to look at the four people ready to leave-

And without wasting any time, he directly grabbed the four of them with his domain before using a long-distance teleportation technique to teleport all of them back in the direction of the Star Shattering Sect.

Of course, considering the recent turmoil and the fact that there should be several extremely powerful cultivators and demonic cultivators currently present in the Frozen Wastelands close to the Star Shattering Sect's territory, he decided to take a long way around the affected area. Turning a less than five-minute trip back into an extended trip through space that lasted a little over half an hour before they arrived at the base of the Shattered Star Peaks.

In the process of doing this, Xuan Hao also did his best to try and learn about the current situation from Feng Cheng back in the sect. Learning along the way that there had indeed been a clash inside the Frozen Wastelands like he had expected, but also that part of that attack had spilled out into the Onyx Empire and essentially killed off a third of the people living there along with creating a massive blood lake that took up one tenth of the Onyx Empire's territory.

Just from the description alone, Xuan Hao felt like he would have to reevaluate his earlier considerations of the power behind the two who had clashed in the Frozen Wasteland shortly after his departure from the region.

The main reason being that he felt that the level of power described by Feng Chen, capable of affecting the entire Frozen Wastelands seemed to exceed what he knew about the Land Creation Realm, but… The power he had felt back then definitely should be beyond the Land Creation Realm. Making him guess that it might have been accomplished through the help of some kind of formation instead of just being a pure display of strength from the demonic cultivators.

But if it really did involve some kind of formation that had allowed the demonic cultivators to utilize power beyond the Land Creation Realm, he would seriously have to reconsider the strength of the demonic cultivators from the Frozen Wastelands, as they might have someone in the Star Creation Realm guarding them.

No matter what, he wanted to avoid confronting someone that powerful before he reached the Land Creation Realm, as he simply didn't have the confidence to face someone like that with his current strength. At most feeling confident in being able to escape with the help of the Dao of Space before the other party had the chance to hit him…
