"You little shit, you actually want to fight me to the death?"

Louis’s face twisted, feeling immense humiliation.

Even with severe injuries and holding his heart with one hand, his combat strength was still five times that of Gao Xin.

But this kid’s moves were strangely effective. He had underestimated his opponent and almost lost half a move, nearly getting cleaved to death by an axe.

Gao Xin said coldly, "I am already a gladiator. It’s either you die, or I die."

"Alright, alright, then go to hell!" Louis, enraged, charged at him with extreme speed while his organs were overclocked.

The sledgehammer in his hand was as light as a clothes rod, swinging wildly at great speed.

Gao Xin couldn’t keep up with the speed at all and could only use his large axe to block.

Once they occupied the black base and closed its doors, and Gao Xin fled back to the white base to lock its doors,

Then he, Louis, would be trapped to die in the Duel Arena!

"I must protect the base!"

Seeing the two almost making it into the base, he stopped dodging and sprinted straight ahead!

The axe flew through the air, emitting a pale blue luminescence, tracing a path like a shooting star slicing through.

Louis couldn’t turn back in time. With an instinctive crouch, he sprinted low to the ground, barely slowing down.

But as soon as he ducked, he felt something was wrong.

"That sound..."

Louis’s pupils contracted as he felt a stabbing pain at the base of his thighs.

"Thwack!"

The massive axe flew low to the ground with immense force, severing both his legs at the roots!

"Fuck! Why the hell did you shout?"

Louis exploded with rage. He had thought the warning from Gao Xin was because the attack was aimed at his head.

The attack was actually aimed low, and in that brief moment, he was misled.

His instinct was to duck, which led to the disaster. Had he just jumped, he could have avoided it, but now his legs were completely severed!

With a thud, he fell face-first to the ground.

How could he continue the chase without legs? Now he was just sliding forward on momentum alone.

Louis, in desperation, looked towards the white base, which was also closed.

By then, the entire Duel Arena was completely sealed off.
