Audrey, both embarrassed and angry, said, "Who told you to do... that thing? I meant for you to be the supervisor of the Power Cabin."

Fatty saw that she was serious, silently drank his wine, and said, "I can’t help you. I’m going back to Mezrich to devote myself to the great cause of resisting the Federation’s invasion for the Empire, to contribute my entire life to the strength of the homeland. Audrey turned back, saying gloomily, "You wouldn’t understand. I grew up on this ship. It’s like home to me. Apart from this work, I don’t know how to do anything else."

She smiled a weak smile, her eyes staring vacantly ahead, murmuring as if to herself, "I lost my mother when I was young, dad raised me single-handedly. He did smuggling and took me along. I never went to school. Everything I know was taught by my dad, Uncle Ivan, and some other uncles. Many of them are gone now, and my dad is dead too. The only one left with me is Uncle Ivan, and now he’s leaving too. My last companion is this ship, which is like a home."

After a long silence, Fatty seemed to see a glint of sparkle in her eyes through the glass she held. Tilting her head, Audrey peeked out from behind the glass and looked at Fatty, smiling radiantly, "I should thank you for helping me rearrange this home. I never thought it would become this impressive one day."

Ann Lei entered the house with her luggage; her mission on the Mozzitnak Planet had ended early, and she caught the first flight back to Miloke. As she took off her shoes, she peeked into the living room and called, "Mom, I’m back."

Mother Ann, who was cooking in the kitchen, heard the voice and peeked her head out, surprised and happy, "Weren’t you supposed to be gone for a long time? How come you’re back so soon?" After saying this, she returned to the kitchen to turn off the stove and ran happily to Ann Lei, helping her take off her coat and scolded, "Being away for so long, you didn’t even call home..."

Ann Lei pouted, "Mom! It’s work requirements."

Mother Ann hung the jacket on the rack by the entrance, saying, "You shouldn’t be doing this kind of job. You’re a girl and such a good dancer. Being a dancer would be so much better. The whole family would be safe and sound, and I wouldn’t always be on edge."

Ann Lei glanced upstairs and nonchalantly asked, "Where’s Tian Mimimi gone off to this time?"

Mother Ann sighed and said, "Why can’t I have peace... You left, and now he’s gone too. I heard he went to the place you were at, that Mozzitnak. You two are going back and forth, and I have no idea what you’re up to," she said while walking back into the kitchen.

Ann Lei stood dazed at the entrance, suddenly turned to grab her coat, and put on high heels again. Shouting to Mother Ann in the kitchen, "Mom, I have to go out for a bit."

When Mother Ann stepped out of the kitchen to check at the door, she saw it quietly closing.

[Apollo] passed through the last Jump Point of the Public Star System, entering the Little Pyrenees Star System where the Empire’s Capital Star Mezrich is located.

After showing the entry permits to the stationed ships of Gazalin and queuing for the weapon scanners at the small Jump Point, [Apollo] restarted its engines and set course for Mezrich Planet.

Fatty was lazily lying on the clean and comfortable bed, resting on his arms, gazing at the stars outside the porthole. He heard the sound of the door opening. Fatty sighed and said, "Miss Audrey, this isn’t the time for stealing kisses and cuddles."

"Pfft!" Audrey blushed, standing by the bed with a playful scold, "Fatty, you should be saying goodbye to me now."

Fatty poked his head to try and see the direction of [Apollo]’s bow through the porthole and asked, "Have we arrived? Not even leaving us time for a farewell kiss?"

Audrey kicked him off the bed, turned around blushing with anger, and slammed the door with a bang. Her voice could faintly be heard from outside.

"Fatty! One day, I’ll get back at you!"
