Chapter 388 - 69_3

Chapter 388: Chapter 69_3

The two children, every time they went to the county town and visited the coffin shop, Yin Meng would either invite them for a meal or give them some pocket money, because the one-eyed woman knew the girl’s heart was kind.

Yin Meng asked again, "You want me to take care of both of them?"

"Of course, that would be great. After you get married, having two younger brothers means your in-laws definitely wouldn’t dare to bully you; even if you don’t plan to marry, these two brothers and their children could help you in your old age."

"Oh."

Yin Meng nodded her head.

Seeing this, the surrounding crowd all breathed a sigh of relief, smiling while also showering the girl with various praises.

The one-eyed woman’s face blossomed with wrinkles like blooming daisies, out of happiness.

The two boys, as if instructed by relatives and elders, were also clinging to the girl’s legs: "Sister."

Yin Meng raised her hand towards the two boys and swung it down heavily:

"Slap! Slap!"

Both boys were knocked to the ground, covering their swollen right cheeks, lips split and bleeding.

At this moment, the room fell into dead silence.

Breaking this silence was the crying of the two boys, who had recovered from their shock.

With a slap on her thigh, the one-eyed woman wailed, "Oh, Lord, this is heartless!"

She cried out while lunging at Yin Meng.

Yin Meng lifted her foot and kicked straight at the woman’s chest.

"Bang!"

After being kicked to the ground, the one-eyed woman rolled several times.

The two "uncles" saw the fight break out, and immediately rushed over angrily, but instead of avoiding them, Yin Meng stepped forward, flipping one to the ground with a shoulder throw, then subdued the other’s hand and kicked him in the back.

Having the power to fight with Fierce Ghost, dealing with ordinary people was truly a breeze for her.

"How can you still hit people!"

"Don’t you have any manners!"

The "aunts" and "little aunts" kept chattering on the side, and Yin Meng walked up to one, grabbed their hair, and slapped them with two slaps.

"Slap! Slap!"

The rest tried to flee, but Yin Meng chased after them, grabbed two by the hair, dragged them back, and forced them down in front of two corpses on the cold mat, pressing their faces close to the bodies.

Yin Meng pressed their heads down, rolling them back and forth, essentially giving them a facial; it was hard to tell whether their faces were wet with water or grease.

"Ah!!!!!"

Screams erupted, one after another.

After dealing with everyone in the room, if Yin Meng saw anyone try to get up, she would kick them down again.

Her expression was very calm; she neither cried nor shouted nor cursed, but her punches and kicks were solid.

The two boys, initially left to the side, came over on their own, pleading "Sister, please stop hitting," and Yin Meng backhandedly slapped both, seeking symmetry.

It’s wrong to hit children, but she too was a child, and most importantly, beating the children was satisfying.

After finishing up, Yin Meng walked to the front door of the living room.

"Bang!"

The door panel broke as Yin Meng walked out.

Villagers peeked into the house to see a pile of bodies lying inside.

Tan Wenbin stood up and walked over to Yin Meng, clapping hard: "Good job, I was really worried you would agree."

Yin Meng rolled her eyes at her: "I’m not brainless."

Run Sheng looked inside and shook his head, saying, "Not all their teeth were knocked out."

At this moment, someone in the village shouted, "The village chief is here, the village chief is here!"

A burly middle-aged man with a hat and a cigarette clamped over his ear walked over; his gaze swept across the crowd, and the scene immediately quieted down, suggesting that the village chief held considerable prestige in the village.

"People are hitting each other, nearly killing someone, call the police, call the police!"

People from inside the house crawled out, each with a face swollen like a pig’s head, disheveled, looking like Fierce Ghosts breaking out.

The village chief looked at Tan Wenbin and Run Sheng, who were beside Yin Meng, and was about to speak, when Li Zhiyuan’s voice came first: "Run Sheng, Wen Bin, step back."

Run Sheng and Tan Wenbin immediately retreated.

Li Zhiyuan pointed at Yin Meng and said, "Everyone just saw, she was the only one who went in, no one else followed her."

The surrounding villagers nodded in agreement.

The village chief was shocked; could this girl have so much skill, to knock down a roomful of people by herself?

He looked at the girl and asked, "Tell me, why did you hit people?"

Yin Meng: "They wanted to..."

Li Zhiyuan: "They were planning to tie her up and marry her off for a dowry, that’s human trafficking!"

The village chief was stunned for a moment. Regardless of the truth, with that reason given, plus the fact that it was a girl fighting alone, even if it was taken to the police station, it would be muddled through without any consequences, and no responsibility could be pursued.

"You’re lying!" the one-eyed woman, her mouth seeping with blood, screamed, "Who wants to sell her, who!"

Li Zhiyuan: "Then why did you call her in? What blood relation does she have to you, and what kind of relatives are you to her!"

After speaking, without waiting for a response from the people inside, Li Zhiyuan waved his hand, "We’re leaving, let’s go home."

Run Sheng and Tan Wenbin each shouldered their belongings, and then cleared the path on either side, leading Yin Meng through the crowd.

The villagers had come to watch the commotion; seeing the two men, one with a shovel and the other with a hook, they naturally stepped aside.

A few young men from the village wanted to follow the village chief’s cue, debating whether to intercept them. This stemmed from the traditional sense of territoriality within the village. But the village chief did not give any signs.

The one-eyed woman said incredulously, "Just letting them go like that, they almost beat someone to death!"

The village chief glared at her and asked, "What were you planning to do by calling the young lady inside?"

The one-eyed woman replied as if it were obvious, "To have her take care of the two younger brothers, of course!"

Hearing this, the villagers looked at each other, and the village chief too stifled a breath in his chest.
